Fantastic and totally uncomplicated - A must for HP fans when in London or the surrounding area. Transport and studios went absolutely smoothly.

Amazing. - The unforgettable experience The only catch is that there are many things to enjoy in a short time. We missed half an hour more

Best operator - The best tour operator I have ever purchased. Precise and punctual with departure from Victoriq, we had a maximum stay of 4 hours in the studios but after 3 and a half hours we had finished the tour, so we asked the girl at the boarding if we could bring forward the return and she kindly let us up. I fully recommend this operator to carry out the whole tour.

Great staff - Was really easy to book and organise. However we got stuck in traffic due to protests and road diversions so what should have been 1 and half hour journey turned into 3 hours. However all the Golden tour staff were excellent and we got extra time at the attraction due to this. They were all lovely and polite

Harry Potter fan’s dream come true - We got on the first bus and the seats were hard and uncomfortable. We enjoyed the Harry Potter studios and their food was tasty. The second bus that brought us back to London had padded seats and very comfortable.

Great studio however disappointing transfer experience - Warner Bros studio is fantastic. However I’d be hesitant to return using this companies transfer. We were picked up from King’s Cross and taken to Warner bros studios arriving at 10:30am. Yet we were handed tickets with an entry time off 11:30, so an hours wait. We finished at the studio within an hour however had a pick up time of 3pm! The driver seen me standing at the bus door, when trying to ask the bus driver if there was an earlier bus back, he shut the door and drove off not saying a word. Luckily the next bus driver informed us we could get a bus back at 1:45 but too Baker Street not King’s Cross. Overall I’d say the drivers should do better and the journey home was disorganised. We felt we were stranded with no point of contact from the company as the drivers were driving off without saying a word despite customers clearly waiting for the bus back. I was also confused why the bus didn’t go to King’s Cross despite the sign saying it would stop there and staff saying it only went to bakers street and Victoria.

Little bit disappointed... - The Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter was amazing. I’ve been there for the second time, and once again it did not disappoint. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us because we absolutely love Harry Potter. However, what really disappointed us was the Golden Tours bus. I honestly expected more than just a basic bus ride. We could have easily taken public transport and gotten there on our own. It would have been great if they had at least played Harry Potter music on the bus or shown something on the individual screens at each seat. Since every seat had a screen, it felt like a missed opportunity not to use them. They could have built up the atmosphere and excitement before arriving at the studio, but none of that happened. Instead, it was just an ordinary ride, which was quite disappointing for us. For that reason, I’m giving 3 stars. I hope Golden Tours improves in the future — perhaps even based on this feedback. There’s always room to raise the bar and make the experience better.

Poor service for a lot of money—you're better off booking somewhere else! - First of all, I would like to make it clear that I am not reviewing the visit to the WB Studios here, but rather the service provided by 'Get your Guide' / Golden Tours.   I would like to describe the bus and the journey: It was nice that the first Harry Potter film was showing on the bus TV. The only downside was that you couldn't understand anything because the bus was constantly rumbling and rattling. What was funny was the driver asking us to fasten our seat belts: there were no seat belts at all! The USB ports were also a nice touch. None of them worked in my area. It would have been fantastic if we had been dropped off at the same place we set off from. What can I say: You feel completely ripped off! The bus was ancient and had no air conditioning. The constant roar of the engine felt like riding on a tractor… a very old tractor… for two 1.5-hour journeys. The result: one of my fellow travellers suffered a severe migraine.   GyG charges £70 per person for this service. In my opinion, that's outrageous!

Feeling over charged and underwhelmed - From our initial contact with the rude aggressive chap at the office, through the inconsiderate sprint to the bus stop (no care given for stragglers or those with access needs), to the uncomfortable basic double decker on which the promise of a movie was unfulfilled, we were disappointed with our trip to the studios. The tour itself was tremendous but knowing that the tickets cost £117 for 2 whilst we paid £238 for tickets and travel left us feeling ripped off. The return journey also in an uncomfortable basic double decker got further with the entertainment teasing us with the movie but then left it on the dvd menu showing us what we could have had, the entire journey back to London. All in all wouldn’t recommend.
