The best way to travel between Oxford and Heathrow - This is a superb reliable coach service between Oxford and Heathrow. It is great to arrive back at Heathrow after a long trip knowing that within 30 minutes a coach will arrive and get you back to Oxford smoothly. Coaches are clean and comfortable, have Wi-Fi, and the drivers are helpful.

Amazing customer service - Some complications (entirely of my own making) with ticketing (multiple people, multiple trips). Customer service (Sharon) was spectacularly responsive and effective in resolving the issues -- and even ended up giving us an unexpected discount as "a gesture of goodwill." Wonderfully helpful. Thank you!

Amazing company - I travelled few time for the past month with The Airline. The bused are really clean and you always feel safe on board. Tonight the driver was Jake. He was so funny with the commentary that light up my stressful day. I can not fail any other drivers, they have all been great but tonight driver went behond his duties.

Catching the Oxford airline bus- a convenient option - We live in Leicestershire so when we travel to Heathrow we always leave our car with family in Oxford and get a lift to Thornhill park and ride and catch the Oxford airline bus. We find this the best and most economical option. The buses run regularly, drivers are friendly and buses comfortable. I would recommend this option. The only problem we find is waiting for the lift at Heathrow Central bus station when it is busy but of course this has nothing to do with the bus company.

Can be convenient but rude drivers at times - Very convenient service to Heathrow. Inconvenient to travel back from Gatwick. The driver was very rude when trying to clarify whether we had the right coach and when loading luggage. But we were just grateful to get back to Oxford after a long flight;

Bus service LHR Oxford and back - Super unreliable and unrealistic schedule, lack of information, and misleading name of the company suggesting they are an airline which causes obvious issues

Be aware - buses do sometimes leave before scheduled time - Bus left before scheduled time - not particular impressive; so I missed that one and needed to take a later one; neither when I raised it to the headoffice they deal with it properly.

Unpleasant staff. - Return journey from Oxford to Heathrow. Bus was late on the way back but only by a few minutes however the real issue was the driver. Was asked when I boarded what stop I would be getting off at, which was Oxford bus station meaning my bag was placed in the relevant compartment. The issue arose due to having to get off slightly earlier than I had said due to a change of plans while I was aboard the bus, getting off in Oxford city centre instead. The bus driver was immediately very rude when I went to get my bag stating that I was causing a great inconvenience by having said a different bus stop. Obviously I understand that this is annoying as he had to go to a different compartment but by this time the bus was no longer running behind so I wasn’t causing any further delays to the remaining probably 2 passengers on the bus. When I explained that my plans had changed whilst on the bus (I apologised profusely) the driver continued to lay into me saying how much of an inconvenience this was and how I should have said if I was getting off at a different stop when I boarded- I did not know at the time I was getting off 5 minutes earlier so it’s quite hard to predict the future. I am disappointed and won’t be using the service again.

Take care of your suitcase - Take care because the bus driver claimed that someone must have taken my bag or he must have dropped it somewhere at a station and took me to the office who derailed me to keep asking about it on the phone till the cctv recording was no longer there when they should have advised me to file a report right away and check cctv. Dint leave your suitcase if it is portable in the luggage area I’m not the first this incident happens to. Otherwise the bus is good and frequently available .
