Great Family Fun with a Twist - Highly entertaining. The live interactive characters did a great job playing their roles. There were moments of laughter and scary surprises especially when the lights went out. Good family fun but not for kids under 12. Be prepared to do a lot of walking and standing., but you will have a good time. If you get chosen for a role, fully embrace it. You can add to the experience.

Recommended 100/100 - Every time I go to London I end up going to the London Dungeon.... The first time they had opened recently and since then they have improved greatly. I recommend going ... speaking English because they speak fast 🤭

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at The London Dungeon! - I absolutely loved The London Dungeon — it was amazing from start to finish. The actors were brilliant and really brought the stories to life with a perfect mix of humour, scares, and drama. The sets and special effects were incredibly immersive and made you feel like you were part of the experience rather than just watching it. Each section flowed well and kept things exciting, and the jump scares were great without being over the top. The whole attraction was well organised and felt slick and professional, even though it was busy. It wasn’t as scary as I imagined - it was really good If you enjoy interactive experiences, dark history told in a fun way, and a bit of adrenaline, this is 100% worth doing. I’d happily go again and would recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Fun and Professional - Despite being totally in English it is an experience that must be lived, they make you integrate and participate in their adventures regardless of the language, a staging and very good and professional special effects, there are some surprises that make the attraction very fun, sincerely we have been surprised

I absolutely recommend doing this - Such an amazing experience! Definitely worth every penny. You get to know a little bit more about London's history in a fun, interactive and spooky way. The actors are superb! They were all great and considering they do their act multiple times a day, it is amazing the energy that they present us with. Whatever they're being paid is definitely not enough!

Fun but not terrifying - Terrifying route in historic London. We go from room to room with each time an actor telling us his terrible story, ranging from a victim of Jack the Ripper to Sweeney Todd's wife. Thrill assured for small natures and children. 1h30 of activity in the heart of London and indoors. You will emerge at the foot of the London Eye. A decent Price quality ratio without much terror

London Dungeon - The activity of the London Dungeon is interesting but a little too long. There is a lot of text and narration, which breaks the rhythm a bit. I expected more fear and surprise effects. Mood is well done, but the experience lacks a bit of intensity. Too bad, the concept remains original!

Blackout experience..... More like a 'Meh' experience. experience. - The experience was okay, but disappointing as it could have been so much scarier! I was imagining more blood and gore honestly.... And expecting some people to 'disappear' and perhaps have some Van Halsing types come to our rescue before everyone became the banquet and maybe have no option but to 'escape' through an old tunnel and use the ride (if they still have this...?) Where even was Dracula??? It would have also been very cool and more intense if we'd been given our own crosses and/or mini bottles of 'holy water' to fend off some actor Vamps for example. The only thing that made sense about it being an 18+ rated event, was the fact we got a free shot before it started. That being said, the actors were really good and made it feel atmospheric but honestly, my favourite part was when it ended and we had a drink in the bar! I had a Dracula's Tonic - it was the best cocktail I've had in a while as the barmaid wasn't t stingy with the alcohol measures! That being said, we didn't know there was a bar at the end. I thought this was an additional experience. So it was a good thing that although we paid for a locker for our bags, we kept our money with us, otherwise we may have missed out!

Not the best start - My disabled wife was searched on the way in and the security guard went through her handbag, made her take everything out and then proceeded to put his hands and a torch in ripping her zip. She then had to walk around the venue holding her bag incase she lost anything. Firthermore, after we left the dungeon we collected our suitcase and she put her phone in the front pocket for safety as her handbag was ripped and the suitcase fell over cracking the screen, all this because the security guard was well over the top and just no need for his actions. He didnt even offer an apology despite knowing what he just did. Other than that, the tour was very good and staff were very good. Shame it was ruined for us by 1 staff member with no idea. We paid extra for a cocktail but the wife was so upset over her new bag we never bothered collecting it and just left. We also did madam tusauds and london eye where the staff were amazing, seen my wife had a walking aid and couldnt do enough to assist, such a shame there is always 1 to let the side down.

Each to their own, but not for us. - I will first say, the actors/employees that participated in this were fantastic. The theme and idea of what they are trying to accomplish is fun and informative. The problem is one - TOO MANY PEOPLE in each group. Pushed, shoved, and couldn't see or hear what was going on.
