Amazing tour! Mark rules! - Mark was our guide on a full day tour from Buckingham Palace to Tower of London which also included St Paul's and the London eye. He was fantastic! Funny and deeply knowledgeable, all you can really ask for. Everything went smoothly except for the lady that pooped on the bus- DON'T DO THAT!- but that's not the guide or company's fault.

Excellent tour to... - Excellent tour to experience the magnitude of the London experience. Do this as one of the first tours as it highlights places that are must sees in London.

Perfect! - The administration and booking were easy. The bus was nice and clean. We got everywhere quickly, we didn't have to wait anywhere. The tour guide was incredibly kind and humorous. We had an unforgettable experience, I can only recommend it!

Fun tour with Emma as our guide - We enjoyed our tour of Central London which followed the Blue route. We also had a very good tour guide named Emma whom gave us a very informative and entertaining commentary during our tour. Emma's knowledge of London and humour made the tour a very good and memorable one. Keep up the good work Emma and thank you!

Missed the tour - Did not make the trip as my sister who was travelling with me, had a fall the night before. It was a waste but could not be helped.

tour London on your own - First off, the tour guide and driver themselves were lovely, so this review is more about the lack of organization and planning within this tour company. There was a lot of information given by our guide, some of which was random it felt like but she was sweet. Our tour started promptly at 8 AM, with a meeting time of 7:30. We were given the wrong address to find this stop, so we were waiting at the wrong place around 7:15, and after asking around and searching finally made it onto the bus right around 8. We were very tired from the early start time and our run to the bus, so we were happy to hear we were starting with the bus panoramic tour. However, this tour consisted of driving in circles around London, not able to see much as the “air conditioned bus” didn’t have as good visibility as the double decker buses we had been seeing. We also were in the back, due to being the last in, but we couldn’t feel air or see much. We got off the bus near the Tower of London, assuming that was the next stop, but instead got on a boat away from the tower. The boat ride was for two stops, not worth it as you couldn’t see much. It felt as though our first hour or so was killing time while we waiting for reservations for other places. We went to Buckingham palace, to get a street view of the changing of the guard. Be warned, your guide will not take you to the gate, so if you are interested in seeing the actual ceremony of inspections, you will not get to see that. We lost a couple groups at this stop, we think they got left in a bathroom break. Some of them managed to find us at another stop later. We then got on the bus and received our snack pack, a sandwich with unidentifiable brown sauce (barbecue?) and crunchy filling, an apple, and a granola bar. The bus drove in more circles around London, going to the Tower of London stop. This was a nice stop, we got free time to do as we pleased after a small tour with some information about history. Our party ended up going to the cafe to get some filling food. We then traveled to St. Paul’s Cathedral, a gorgeous building, and toured that. It was at this point our party departed from the group, we had other bookings we planned that we were going to miss, due to our tour going longer than what had been emailed. We decided to depart and skipped the London Eye unfortunately, so we could make our show in the West End and actually go see some of the icons that we missed in the tour. (Took the tube around to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the Front Gate of Buckingham Palace, and got ourselves fish and chips.) We had spent a few days in London prior to this, so this was supposed to be our touristy see the sights final day, but we ended up a little disappointed. We gained tour credit to use this company from booking with Costco. If we had not, I would not book again. We all would rather have spent that money on tickets and bookings, and taken the tube around London/walked for sightseeing. It would have been cheaper and allowed us to spend the time we wanted the way we wanted without the waste of time bus tour and boat ride. In the future, as this company plans their tours, I would suggest starting with the London Eye, then visiting each place. The day felt sluggish and didn’t allow enough time in the interesting places.

Great Thought. Poor Excecution - Do not go. The tour guide was friendly but told us the same things over and over. Tour guide was confused. Could not find the bus at one point. Very expensive and went in a circle. Spent 8.5 hour and saw less on the tour than I would have on foot. Very dissapointed. Would reccomend researching what you want to see and doing it yourself. The food they give you is really not good. Eat before or at stop. Wish I had great things to say but just do not.
