Good Times in London - My mom and I had a great experience with Eileen, our guide and Rege, our driver. Eileen is a walking history book with an amazing personality.

Total London Experience is a Total Superb Tour to Take - My wife and I did the "The Total London Experience" that appears to be the same as this one. We enjoyed it very much and our guide, Mark, did an exceptional job of narrating and providing the indepth interesting information on multiple historical sites such as St. Paul's Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, Statute Park, London Tower and more. He smoothly and with expertise on the sites and their history provided "fun facts" and very fascinating info going back 900 years or more on the magnificent historical sites covered. The tour comprised a bus tour along with boat tour on the Thames River. This tour was excellent way to get to see a nice variety of London's major sites and Mark made the entire tour very enjoyable and memorable!

A little taste of everything. - Very informative tour. Our tour guide Zozo was amazing. Very personable, great personality, funny and had style. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful with all aspects of the day. Gave great recommendations and even made sure we were left behind when we misheard the meet up time. We saw Zozo the following day on another tour and he was very friendly and greates us warmly. Our driver Armando was great as well. He was very funny and friendly. Would highly recommend this tour as it gives you a small taste at almost all the major tourist attractions in Europe. The snack pack isn’t much and not very filling. We had a pickle and cheese sandwich which wasn’t our favorite but I was hungry so I ate it. Definitely recommend and loved Zozo.

- We really didn’t sign up for the full day, but were enjoying our 1/2 day so much that Tish the tour guide with her green frog umbrella just made us feel like we would be missing out! She thankfully let us tag along and we purchased tickets by apps for the activities in the afternoon. Very educational and enjoyable!

Bad guide - The guide takes off and makes you rush to catch up. Then you get there and his already talking about the place your at. Doesn't carry a sign with a number so you can see were he's at.

Not worth the price for the convenience of the bus - I was touring with my parents (~70) and thought an air conditioned bus would be a good way to hit these sites. This was a good choice as it ended up being in the 80s while we were there. While the price was high, you were going to a number of paid entry locations so it sort of worked out. We met at the bus stop at 7:30 a.m. as suggested. However, my ticket said 7:45 and the website said 7:30 a.m. We ended up sitting in a bus stop for 30 minutes for no real gain. The bus was late by about 15 minutes. A few other tours were being leveraged onto our ride. We got on and sat up front which was good. Shortly before the bus started, the tour guided mentioned there was no changing of the guard today. This was disappointing (and something they could do better to schedule, perhaps a "With and without" option) but as other passengers noted, there was language indicating if the changing was happening they would take you to Horses Guard parade. The tour guide made a sigh and said "Well, that's odd, because they happen at the same time." This left us all perplexed and we did not see either event. Part of the reason I booked through Golden was getting to this or the alternate. Instead we got to Buckingham Palace at 8:30 a.m. This afforded us a good opportunity to walk around the fountain and gates with no one around. We did witness the guard stepping out of their position a few times, but we quickly got back on the bus. St. Pauls was great. While Mark was a knowledgable guide, his tour style meant you often spent 10 minutes standing in one space before moving on to another point without much time in between. I broke out of the tour to explore St. Paul's more as it felt like we hadn't moved for a long time and I did receive a mild chide for doing so! Back onto the bus for the London Eye. This seemed to be a little disorganized, as the majority of folks hadn't paid for the upcharge and they were told wait around for nearly 2 hours. We got on the Eye quickly. (I asked our guide if we could use the accessible entry for my mother and this enabled him to get the group Fast Track entry. Result!) As such, we ended up finishing the eye in about 45 minutes. Leaving an hour. We did enjoy sitting on the river walk and getting snacks from the nearby stands but this did feel a little wasted, especially for the folks who hadn't gotten to ride the Eye. We then got shuttled onto a river cruise. This is just the Uber Boat and they just stuck us on a crowded boat, 'sit where you can." It was very HOT on board and only one stretch required us to go fast enough to get air. It was oddly unstructured and such a weird addition. We got off at tower pier. Here, we broke off from the tour for accessibility and went to the Crown Jewels. It didn't feel like there was much a plan for the tour here, they did go see a Yeoman Warder but the guide kept couching that it wasn't organized before he got there. After the jewels, we decided it was too hot and headed back. While the tour was fun and it got us to a lot, you really didn't see many of the major sights on the path. The route didn't make a lot of sense either Buckingham Palace to St. Pauls to the Eye to the river to the tower felt like a lot of doubling. Some of the folks on our bus stayed on for a Buckingham Palace tour which was confusing. since we started there, they drove out to St. Pauls only to. have to go back there. If we did the changing of the guard, it would make even less sense. It was very hard to get a specific itinerary and the pathway was very vague until the day. In the end, it's not worth the price for the convenience. of getting bussed around. We would have planned better day trips with a cab or uber and leveraged near by attractions. It was not bad, but I could have done this on my own and factored in the Changing of the Guard.

The guide was not a good... - The guide was not a good communicator with the tourist. He left us on the Uber boat, and another tourist helped us to get off in the right station.

Expensive and slow Bus Ride around London - The audio was almost entirely canned music with occasional voice that would give simple or cynical observations of something that may or may not be visible. Very expensive bus ride with extended stop times up to 10 minutes at pick up points
