Fabulous experience - Great evening of espionage and Bond. Experience guide Russell was great, he was so engaging and kept you hooked with the stories, quizzes and games. His knowledge about the history of espionage in London and Bond is amazing. The cocktails and food was really good too… be careful of the cocktails though.. they are mind blowing 🤪🤣, but delicious 😋. Would recommend this experience to those who are interested in espionage history and Bond. Thank you Russell for a wonderful evening.

These people are the best. - The Bond Experience is outstanding. Their customer service is unbelievable. Brenden Murphy personally handled a booking problem caused by Fever (never use Fever) and provided me with an experience that was out of this world. My tour guide, Peter, was a wealth of knowledge and was a great companion. I will never forget this day or the people responsible for it. This is a must do for any James Bond fan. Oh, don’t forget the Vesper! Thank you Brenden and Peter.

Recommended for Spy Fans and Bond Buffs! - We loved our Thursday evening Spy tour with Andy Jackson! I thought I was a Bond buff but Andy really does know everything there is to know about 007 and the real world from which he is derived. Not only was Andy delightful and very knowledgable, but he has a true passion for the history of espionage and encouraged lots of questions and discussion. We travelled through St James’s Park to Whitehall hearing stories about Ian Fleming, Winston Churchill’s founding of the SOE, and Mansfield Smith - the spy with a wooden leg… Finally we enjoyed a Vespa martini with dinner. Lots of fun, very interesting, and we really appreciated Andy’s breadth of knowledge and fervour. Definitely worth it to see another side of London.

Cancelled us at virtually no notice and a nightmare trying to re-organise - Booked through Virgin Experiences who have been more than helpful in sorting out the problems we had with Ana Karina Araque at Imagine Experiences. She cancelled our tour on the day, as we were already on the train travelling down to London from our home in Cheltenham, and when we already had a hotel room booked in London that evening [the tour ends after 9 pm]. The initial reason we were given was because of a "server problem" at her end [have to say that's hard to understand as everything should have been in place by then], but subsequently the reason was apparently that "the venue was not available" - she cannot even be consistent with her excuses, which makes it all the harder to believe! Communication from her has been dreadful, from non responsive to aggressive. With the help of Virgin, a subsequent date was eventually arranged, but with a lot of pushing on our side and no shortage of hassle. The tour itself was good and Peter (the guide on the night) was lovely. He told us that he had had other guests complain about cancellations. The cancelled tour cost us over £200 in travel and hotel costs. After much hassles, Ana then agreed to refund a part of our subsequent travel tickets to attend the rebooked tour, but not a penny has ever been received from her; instead she sent an aggressive email [full of words highlighted in bold!] stating, "Any gestures, including contributions toward your travel, were entirely voluntary and not contractual compensation. No further payment, refund, or financial obligation exists." It is clear that the organisation [or lack of] these days hinges entirely on Ana, and we were informed that things started to go wrong when a partner left the business more recently. In summary, we thought the tour Peter provided was good [when we eventually managed to get it reorganised by Ana], but as many other recent reviews of businesses run by her have stated, the overall experience was awful - the hassles with her diabolical organisation far outweigh the positives of the tour itself.

A very hard company to deal with - Booked through Virgin Experiences who could not have been more helpful. Our tour was cancelled as we were travelling down to London from Cheltenham on the day because of a "server problem" hard to understand as everything should have been in place by then. Communication since has been dreadful, from non responsive to muddled. With the help of Virgin a subsequent date was arranged with a lot of pushing on our side and hassle. The tour itself was good and Peter was great. He does not work for Imagine but is contracted out to run the tours. He had, had a few complaints about cancellations. The cancelled tour cost us over £200 in travel and hotel costs. Imagine agreed to refund a part of our subsequent train tickets to attend the rebooked tour, but nothing has ever been received. We get the impression its a bit of a one man operation and understand from talking to others that things started to go wrong when a partner left late last year. I would be very cautious about booking anything directly with them.

Ghosted by the tour guide - I never got to take the tour, so the rating is on customer service only. Meetup instructions were for two different locations. Went to both (according to Google Maps) and found no one. Called and texted the tour operator mutiple times and got ZERO response. I even went to the first location on the itinerary thinking I could catch up with the group, but after waiting an hour, decided to give up and return to the hotel. I was excited to take this tour despite its hefty price tag, so the outcome was extremely disappointing. Hoping the tour operator will do the right thing and refund my $177.00.
