Give yourself time for the whole experience - Stone Henge is such a rich experience, I recommend the self-guided tour. The bus service was comfy and convenient. Then, we had lots of time to explore the site - the exhibit center, the mounds, trails at the site, and more. Stone Henge itself is awesome. But it doesn’t stop there: The history, the burial mounds, and exhibits enrich the experience. Bonus: You can walk through sheep pastures.

James and Mo made the experience 10x better - James was the best tour guide ever. Great sense of humor and you truly feel like you’re in great hands with Mo as well. He knows plenty about the history and about the cities and highways so he was able to help guide us on the best way for us to make it home. Highly recommend this experience and suggest other experiences around London as well with him.

Great experience - James rescued us from Stonehenge when our bus broke down. Coach was comfortable and air conditioned, and James was full of helpful information.

Fantastic! Highlight of our trip to London. - Awesome tour guide Sinead and bus driver Stewart. Safe drive and got us there early so we beat the big crowds. We’re an elderly couple and were not sure how to get back to our hotel at the end. Sinead walked us through the underground and got us safely on the train back to our hotel. That is amazing service. Would highly recommend the tour.

Stonehenge Great, tour bus not so much - Stonehenge was fantastic. Tour bus was not. Very disorganized. Driver confused on number of people on the bus. He was buying tickets for 13 yet there were 19 on the bus. No info on where to go or how to get around. No tour booklet but we managed to get the free one. Time to return was told to a few on the front seats. Would definitely recommend the tour, not this tour company.

Bus ride from Hell - Stonehenge was fine but the bus ride up was terrible. The bus driver did not know how to operate the air conditioning on the bus and 70 people were sweating on the 2.5 hour trip. They sent a separate bus to return us but it became apparent that even on the new bus the operator did not know how to operate the air conditioning.or really care how hot it was. We were all sweating to death again but this time we forced him to pull over twice. We finally Googled the operation manual for the bus and we figured out how to turn the air conditioning on. Life seemed good after another 1.5 hours of sweating. Then, we pull over and wait another 15 minutes for them to switch drivers when we were about 25 minutes from our drop off point. The. They tried to drop us off at the wrong train station. The transportation bus line - Premier - is a joke. Don’t know who is in charge or organizing them, or training their drivers but a 5th grader could have run a better operation.

Extremely disappointed to a lack of service! - I regret to share my disappointing experience with Viator, particularly regarding their lack of communication and support in an emergency situation. Just before my scheduled tour, I found no clear or accessible contact information provided for urgent inquiries, which left me feeling unprepared and anxious. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through their contact page—where I had previously received prompt responses to other questions—I received no reply to my urgent requests for assistance. This complete lack of communication was especially frustrating given the circumstances. Adding to my frustration, severe delays on the London Tube’s Piccadilly Line caused me to leave two hours early to ensure I’d arrive on time. Unfortunately, despite this precaution, I was still 15 minutes late due to unexpected transit issues. It’s disappointing that the transportation problems, which were beyond my control, impacted my experience and the timing of my participation. To date, I have not received any response from the service provider regarding my concerns or the missed portion of the tour. I paid a significant amount of money expecting a professional and reliable experience, but the lack of support and communication has been unacceptable. Given the circumstances, I believe some portion of my payment should be refunded to reflect the incomplete service I received. Overall, I cannot recommend Viator based on my experience. Reliable communication and customer support are essential, especially in situations beyond the customer’s control, and unfortunately, they fell short in these areas.
