- Chapel Down - Departing from London, we journey across the chalky soil of the Kent North Downs, through the picturesque English countryside, to reach Chapel Down Winery. Situated in the historic 15th-century shipbuilding port of Small Hythe, we will explore the vineyard and delve into English viticulture. Participants will enjoy a fully guided tasting of some of their English sparkling and still wines.

- Chapel Down - Relish a delightful picnic lunch made from locally sourced ingredients in the grounds of Chapel Down, accompanied by a glass of English wine.
- Silcocks Farm Shop and Cafe - Silcocks Farm is a truly organic farm where quality and goodness flourish! Here, participants will learn about the cheese-making process. The highlight is a seated guided tasting where six favorite English wines are paired with six favorite English cheeses. Delicious!

Then we head to Silcocks Farm, who are well known for their delicious cheeses and organic produce which is all made right there on the farm. We will introduce you to the cheese making process and organic farming, and then onto the main event…an English Wine and English Cheese pairing with some of our favourite English Wines and English Cheeses.
You’ll get to sample a selection of some of our favourite English Wine and English cheeses and learn the all important art to pairing food and wine; before having the opportunity to purchase some of the delights we’ve sampled (and more) from the fine food store.
