Enjoyable instructive tour . - Very enjoyable and worthwhile tour. Note you do not get access to ‘ghost’ stations which are disused underground stations but visit the outside of a couple . John was knowledgable and entertaining . Slight difficult accessing the museum morning before the tour in spite of checking with the tour company before hand . Ensure if you choose to visit the museum after the tour you collect a voucher from the tour guide .

Fascinating tours with outstanding guides - We were lucky to book two tours in a weekend, one walking Brunel’s Thames Tunnel, the other exploring the disused tunnels under Charing Cross. Both were truly brilliant, extremely well organised and with brilliant guides. Highly recommended but join the mailing list and book early.

Fascinating behind the scenes tour of the underground - See parts of the underground you would not en able to - fascinating Went on the Euston tour An hour and a half of interesting facts and stories by really good guides. In the unused tunnels, in/out ticket hall, lots of 60s posters and seeing trains from above in the station Highly recommend

Nothing Deep & Mysterious About This Tour - I understood we would be taken intoa deep historic tour including ghost stations that people normally cannot access. Instead it was a pretty common knowledge tour with some interesting points that I was unaware of. Everywhere we were taken is freely accessible to the public and easily put together by the organisers. Nothing much special about this tour except John himself is clued up and knows his game.

Good Guide but not Viator - The tour guide through the underground was great. But cuatro is advertising tickets to the London Transport museum, and they are fake tickets not associated with the myseum.

No customer assistance, lost my money instantly - My tour booking had the wrong date. I immediately contacted Viator who refused to change tour date or refund. . I then contacted Evan Evans who suggested I return back to my agent Viator for your refund request as they are the agent in charge of my booking. I contacted within 10 minutes of my booking, neither Viator or Evan Evans offered any assistance, total disappointment.
