Easy for people with mobility issues, great fun being able to have photo with characters. - I hadn't been to Madam Tussauds for 45 yrs. It was a brand new experience. My friend has mobility issues, the stage where very helpful getting us from floor to floor, loved the interaction nature of the displays

Very enjoyable - We enjoyed our trip here. We went early so weren’t overly bothered by crowds. For £20 we thought it represented good value to include the ride and 4d experience. Some of the wax models were excellent some questionable but it didnt bother us

Better than expected! - Way better than I expected. We had tickets at 9am so no queue and not busy inside the attraction. I was just expecting the wax statues but there is also a ride and a 4D Cinema too. Compared to other London attractions actually not bad at all!!

Fun experience - Overall a good experience we would recommend to everyone. We would have liked to see more historical figures. We thought the 'four hundred year history ride' had excellent exhibits, but was much too quick. Please slow it down so that it can be better appreciated.

Bof... worse than the Grévin Museum in France - Fewer characters than in France. And one of the people accompanying us to the 4D movie laughed at me because I didn’t understand what she (he) was saying to me in English (I am French). It’s not professional

Not worth the visit 😒 - The taxi cab ride was great, could have done to be slower to take it in but the rest was disappointing. It cost us £40 each & was over within the hour!

Too expensive. Too crowded. Who are these people? - Not worth the cost. Many of the wax figures were of people I have no idea who they are and many others were of people I just don't care for - Prince, Elton John, Amy Winehouse, etc. They know how many people are visiting by ticket sales but they do not limit the crowd counts to make it an enjoyable visit. Plus the people had to to take 20 selfies with every figure in every stupid pose imaginable. The dark ride is boring. The House of Horrors is a waste of time. Nothing frightening about it. Would recommend this attraction to anyone.
