After a passenger books a ride, the operator contacts them at the phone number given in the booking to verify the details 24 hours before the scheduled time. The operator monitors flight statuses and adjusts the driver’s dispatch if there are any delays. Drivers will greet passengers inside the arrival hall at the designated meeting point, holding a name board. From there, the driver will ensure the passengers are safely transported to their specified destination. In case of an emergency, passengers can contact the operator through the provided emergency numbers.
