Great time at Westminster Abbey - Our tour guide, Anne Marie, was exceptional. She kept the group on track, gave some great insights on what we were seeing and she was very pleasant and patient.

You need this tour - I didn’t expect a coffee and breads in the cafe before the tour. That was a nice touch. The place was crowded, but the guide knew how and where to focus on. She showed everyone everything that is importance. Without the guide, one can sees everything but really nothing at all. Highly recommended the tour.

Tour of Westminster abbey review - Our tour guide was phenomenal! I wish I could recall his name! He’s one of the top tour guides I’ve had in all of my travels! He was factual, funny and interjected his own personal favorites. We could overhead other guides around us but none had the same energy and enthusiasm! You could observe outsiders eavesdropping on his presentation as he stood out as being very knowledgeable and enjoyable! The group size was perfect! I would highly recommend this tour!

Great Westminster Abbey Tour - Our tour guide was very pleasant and extremely knowledgable. Even though Westminster was very crowded she managed to keep our group together and thoroughly explain the history behind so many different aspects of the Abbey. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Excellent tour very historical and informative - While the tour and guide were fantastic the meeting instructions which say Deans Place put us in the wrong area. My husband went for a walk and found the guide outside away from Dean’s Place. Maybe change the wording to front of main shop as we were at another Abbey shop near the Cellarium. Luckily we found the guide in time. If you have knee or ankle issues standing on the hard stone floor for a couple of hours is very painful. If you have a walking stick with a seat bring it you will need it, I left mine in the hotel room. There are seats but you don’t get near them for about an hour and the Abbey is very busy even with priority access. I recommend this tour. Our guide was excellent.

Good - Loved the Abbeey itself. The guide was very nice HOWEVER, we cpuld hardly hear anything she said. It was loud in there with so many people. I feel like I missed 80% of her info. Would have been great if we had headphones

Tour guide was 30 minutes... - Tour guide was 30 minutes late. Somewhat difficult to hear tour guide. It would be better to have tour guide with small microphone and guests with ear phones. Vatican does this.

Mediocre tour of Westminster Abbey - This "priority access" tour of Westminster Abbey was disappointing on several levels. First, we were supposed to enter the Abbey before other people. However, Frank the guide was slow to get our tickets and then gave a long explanation before entering the Abbey. As a result, when we entered at 945 am, the abbey was already bustling with tourists. Second, the guide's explanation were simplistic and not insightful. There were long digressions about topics not related to the Abbey. I listened to the acoustic guide provided by the Abbey last time and learned more than from the tour. Overall, this tour was not worth the price.
