Mazer escape room - The worker David was very polite and helpful he made our experience very fun, as well as the escape room being made very challenging but a fun activity to do. I really recommend.

Sci Fi Spaceship Escape Extravaganza - Edward is a great host and sets the tone! Would recommend and definitely an awesome experience! When you’re not sure what to do on a night out in London you should do this!

Lovely First time Experience - My first Escape Experience and it was super cool. I do recommend to visit. Amazing settings with a great team. The location was close to our hotel and great transport links.

Great experience - I went with a friend and it was super fun. We absolutely loved it, great place if you're just getting into escape rooms. The worker Edward was really kind and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Overall great experience, would absolutely do it again.

Mind challenging - Came here for my birthday with my partner had soo much fun our game master was Timmaya she was so kind and helpful with giving us hints Definitely will come here again for the other escape rooms

Fun afternoon trip - Jakeem was lovely and very welcoming. Unfortunately due to me booking through a third party we weren't able to do the one planned but was offered another one straight away or a refund! We took the other escape room and we both enjoyed it. Nice one for when you are first starting out on escape rooms or want to kill some time waiting for another event. Really enjoyed it and easy to get help if needed. Rules explained very well and clearly by Jakeem

Meh at best - The escape room does not match the website at all. I was expecting an engaging escape room, but it was really poorly set up and really disappointing. My partner and I have done many escape rooms across the country, and this was the worst by far. The lockers to store your personal items had no keys, so it was at your own risk. Shabby reception. Very little effort by the host to describe the story or set the scene. We did the Star Struck room, and it was incredibly basic and shabby. This is a room that was supposed to be a medium challenge for up to 6 players. So we expected it to be hard for two. The only hard thing was the lighting. It was so dark that we could barely see. There were 3 clues to solve in the entire experience, which were really unimaginative. One of the items needed was low on battery and didn't work properly. Everything felt disjointed. If we had played with 6 players, we would have been beyond disappointed. We paid £50 for two players people and expected it to be hard, but it was not. There are far better escape games you can do in London.

Dont do it!!! - Has to be the worse escape room i have ever done If you want to pay £25 per person to find tiny scraps of pieces of paper with a number on it then this is for you. However, that is not an escape room. Metal flooring sticking up. As the floor was broken. No story line. No start. Unprofessional. Dont be fooled by the photos on the site. Read the reviews before booking seeing as we weren’t the first to have this issue. When we got out the room and made a complaint we got excuse after excuse. I have emailed 3 times to complain and got no reply. Rib of. So many better escape rooms out there for the same and cheaper price

the most horrible, UNSAFE game we ever played! - to start off, we got stuck in this elevator (part of the game) and they had to reset it wish made it go completely dark and shake heavily. next, after some time in the game we wanted a hint so we used the talky walky to ask for one, but the game master never responded. we kept shouting and banging the door for 10 minutes before he got back to us. of course we left the game and didn't complete after this traumatic experience. How can you leave people in a dark, un-ventilated metal room with no panic button and no human supervision! we asked for a full refund and they have completely ghosted us!
