Wonderful Nighttime Cruise on the Thames with Bubbly - This was the highlight of our trip to London. The whole experience was incredible. It was a cold night but the boat was cozy and inviting with huge windows that gave us amazing views of the city and all the wonderful lights and buildings along the shore such as Big Ben. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine as we boarded and there were non-alcoholic options also. The crew served little canapés throughout the cruise and there was a bar were you could purchase more beverages. The highlight of the cruise was the female entertainer who had an excellent voice. She started with some soft mellow songs but as the cruise went on the music became very lively. She had people who were celebrating birthdays come up and we all sang a joyful happy birthday. They youngest was 18 and the oldest was 80. Soon we were all up dancing with each other even though we were strangers when we boarded and having a wonderful time together. I used to live in London a long time ago and being on that cruise made me fall in love with London all over again!

I had such a beautiful... - I had such a beautiful evening on the London night cruise. The Prosecco, tasty canapés and the amazing live singer made the whole experience feel so special. Seeing Big Ben, the Shard, the Houses of Parliament and HMS Belfast lit up from the water was absolutely stunning.
The glass boat gave perfect views and the whole night felt calm, cosy and a little bit luxurious. If you want a simple but memorable London experience, this is one I’d fully recommend. ✨🛥️🍾

Magical Night on the Thames - Took the evening river cruise and absolutely loved it. The views of London at night were stunning — seeing the city lights from the water felt really special. The onboard entertainment was fantastic, with a genuinely talented singer and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere throughout.
The canapés were varied and tasty, and I really appreciated that a staff member went out of his way to organise a separate vegetarian selection for me. Even with a bit of rain, the trip wasn’t spoiled at all.
Two hours was the perfect length — enough time to soak it all in without feeling rushed. Would definitely do it again.

great time - This was an Anniversary present from my husband and it was fabulous. The staff were lovely, very polite and smiled all the time. The meal was great all 4 courses really enjoyable. London at night is so different so pretty. The entertainment was very good a lovely singer who got people up and dancing. I didnt want it to end. Thoroughly recomend this trip.

A fair review - We enjoyed our River Thames Evening Cruise, especially the stunning night-time views of London—truly the highlight of the experience. The city looked spectacular from the water and made the whole outing feel special. The sparkling wine added a nice touch, though the canapés were fairly average, mostly simple toppings on soft bread. Overall, it was a pleasant evening with beautiful scenery, even if the food could have been a little more exciting.

Good, but noisy group with you - The tour per se was nice, the live music was good and the drinks and canapé offer was also great. Unfortunately, we were there with a group of young people who celebrated loudly and without regard for others. We could barely talk, they were so loud and they were constantly blocking the corridors so we couldn't get through.

Pretty Views - We were hoping for vibes similar to a sunset bus tour we did last year in Paris where we were able to see all the iconic places lit up for the evening. Like that, on this cruise you can see the many bridges lit beautifully and lovely vistas of the County Hall, London Eye, Big Ben, and Houses of Parliament. Aside from the lovely views, though, it was basically a booze cruise. We would have loved a tour guide providing commentary about the various buildings we passed by, but instead we listened to a lounge singer. She was talented, no doubt, but we could have done without it for sure. The canapés were mid - could have done without these as well. Do this cruise for the views but don’t expect to learn anything you don’t look up on your own.

Our lunch cruise was... - Our lunch cruise was canceled due to lack of interest so we paid for the evening cruise. Champagne was one 1/2 glass; more libations for purchase only. The hors d’oeuvres were ok; however, the staff came around to guests only twice to serve. You were expected to serve yourself after that (and we were not told that). The cruise staff did not point out any buildings, etc. Overall not worth the price.

Arrived On Time but Still Denied Entry - I’m very disappointed with this tour experience. I arrived at the pickup location at the scheduled start time, yet the pier had already been closed off and I was not allowed to enter. I completely understand and respect the recommendation to arrive early, but it is unreasonable for the doors to be closed before the actual start time. Arriving on time should still allow guests to participate.
I’ve taken many tours, and this is the only one that has ever closed access before the designated start time, leaving no opportunity for on-time guests to join. This felt unfair and poorly managed.
I attempted to contact the operator without success, and I feel that the situation was not handled appropriately.
