Crown Jewels : Must See - This was a really great tour. Very informative with wonderful background information. Side note, the tour stages early to be one of the first groups admitted from the line. We went straight to the jewels with less people and then completed the tour in the other parts of Tower.

Fun tour! - Ben was a great guide, and the punny jokes kept things fun. We had a great overall tour of the tower grounds, but we did not go into every tower area as a group. However, we were given time to explore the grounds on our own more after the tour was complete.

A fabulous day at The Tower of London! - A wonderful day! Warren was a fabulous guide. This day was the highlight of our trip to London. He was informative and interesting. There was a lot of interesting history he told us about that we would not have otherwise known, and he was able to show us the highlights of the Tower and advise us about other highlights to visit when the tour was over. Go early, because we spent an additional 4 hours there on our own after the tour. A perfect day!

Great small group tour - We really enjoyed this informative tour wirh Ben. If you are limited on time but want to feel a really sense of London you must do this tour. Don't skip the tower ..it is fabulous

Our guide was fabulous... - Our guide was fabulous however, I ran around an hour before try to find a place to pick up our tickets. The directions you give on picking up the tickets is completely incorrect. So with that said it was stressful and the last thing I want on my vacation is additional stress. So for that reason I would not book with Viator again.

Tower of London 30 May 2025 - Directions for meeting place were insufficient and vague. If meeting place is Tower Hill tube station vs Tower Hill, it should be explicitly stated. Others had the same problem.
