Transportation was NOT DUPERIOR - The tour was very good. Driver and guide were mute. No conversation or banter. Very long bus rides. And what was “superior” transportation about the tickets we purchased? Same as the average Joe. I’m telling my friends to save their money and buy the regular transportation.

Great experience. The bus... - Great experience. The bus was comfortable, staff were nice. The Harry Potter Warner Brothers tour itself was amazing, I just wish we had more time there. You get about 4 hours, but sometimes lines for certain activities were a bit long so we felt a little rushed. The studio is huge, then you need time to eat. Would have felt less rushed if they gave an extra 30 minutes to an hour.

Awesome Experience - As Harry Potter fans we thought this was a fantastic experience. There were so many interesting things to see, from costumes to real sets. Even though we visited during a busy season it never felt overcrowded, like so many other theme parks/adventures. My only complaint, it was incredibly expensive.

Bus ride from London and... - Bus ride from London and entry ticket only. Evans Evans is the operator. The reminder emails said that boarding starts at 8:30am and departure at 9:00am. In reality, boarding started at 9:00am we waited for late-comers. Bus did not depart until 9:20am. Similar situation for return trip; the wristbands say that boarding begins at 2:40pm but in reality the motor coach was not back yet, boarding started around 3pm and we did not leave HP until closer to 3:15pm. Customers should take this into account, especially if they have something scheduled after this tour. It’s very important to the tour company that you arrive on time, but they do not honor their advertised schedule. Despite already having the entry ticket, there are still two other ticket check lines and a security line before entering the actual HP tour. Lunch cafeteria was expensive, but food was good (my family of 5 shared a chicken sandwich and pulled pork loaded fries). There was a water refill station near the restrooms in the cafeteria.

Uncomfortable bus ride. - On the day of the booking, the weather was extremely hot, and unfortunately, none of the bus had any air conditioning. The 1.5-hour drive was quite uncomfortable. However, the actual tour experience after the travel was enjoyable.

Hot summer ride to Harry Potter Tour. - Harry Potter was great! Bus ride was miserable as the air conditioning was not working, was informed that it had been broken for a while and that company was not interested in repairs. Driver and assistant were excellent to deal with though.

The Harry Potter Sauna Ride - First off want to say the Harry Potter Studio Tour was amazing, but the conditions made by the Evan and Evans tour group were horrific. The first sign should have been this was gonna be a bad experience is they brag about there 4.5 rating at the sign in desk. I’m pretty sure we can get to them to 3 if we keep posting about our true experiences and have them removed off of TripAdvisor as will tell below.First got to the designated pick up spot, just told to go into waiting room and get called, got to bus and got seated. Was about 80 degrees that day, the bus had no air conditioner working it felt like. The bus driver opened the windows barely a crack to get the musty smell out of the bus. The whole bus ride no instructions were given of how the the studio tour was, where to get lunch, just told to get back to bus at 240 pm for 250 pm departure. We get to Harry Potter then told to wait in the sauna of a bus for 10 minutes so they can get tickets, then just got ticket and had to confirm with person this is where to come back to. Went on studio tour which was amazing took 4 hours so your in rush to get back, ate lunch in 10 minutes. If you want butterbeer you can only get in midway point of tour, which the bus guide never told us. Had to rush back to leave but then we wait another 20 minutes on the sauna of bus till we left a little after 3 pm. Then we took the sauna bus back and then we were dropped off. Definitely do not recommend taking Evan and Evan’ Harry Potter tour bus ever again. Only matter of time till somebody passes out on the sauna of a bus. Wish could get my money back, but they will just say sorry about your experience we hope we can make up for it. If you have any care for your family take an uber, taxi, or train there might be a little more expensive and difficult to get there, but you will definitely save money on the medical bills from the sauna bus.

Disappointed - We were told that boarding would begin at 8:30 am, our bus did not show up until after 9:00 am. The confirmation email said there were charging ports on the bus; my upstairs' seat's port did not work (however, the port on my return seat downstairs on the bus did work). I added an electronic ticket to my Apple Wallet, however after arriving at the studios they kept us on the bus for an additional 20 minutes so they could retrieve our tickets. We were told many times to be at the parking lot by 2:40 for our departure at 2:50; the bus was yet again late.
