Such a fun day! - Amazing!! You get to see the actual sets, props, costumes, etc. from the films. Just spectacular and try the butter beer pancakes for breakfast!

Granddaughter and Grandpa experience May 2025 - Visual immersive travel in to the wizardry world of Harry Potter. Sets and displays are very detailed and wonderfully presented. Lots of opportunity for interaction. Experience is overwhelming with color, imagination and fascination

Best experience on the London trip - If you love Harry Potter, this is a must! The grandkids thought it was the best thing they had ever experienced! Very entertaining! Maybe a return visit!

The studios are... - The studios are wonderful. You do have to cruise through the exhibition at a good clip to get back to the bus. So if you want extra time, I’d go a different way. We made it, but no time to shop at the end.

Studio tour was great, bus transport was okay. - What was most disappointing was that the bus transport to and from the tour did not ensure that families and their children could sit together. This was an easily solvable problem by having even-numbered parties enter the bus first, with odd-numbered parties to fill in the gaps. But this is not what the bus did; we were the last family to get on board and as a family of four, not one of us was in the same row or seat - although I could see my children, I was not able to sit with them. This is unacceptable.

Expensive transportation - The studio itself was very good. The total cost of round trip coach for 2 adults was overpriced and there wasn’t enough communication in advance about what to expect (eg. food court is available halfway thru, you can buy lunch there). I would go again, but I’d arrange it on my own.

Brilliant, but a Bit Rushed - Excellent service, well organized tour company, but I felt like I needed at least one more hour to do the entire tour justice. I did every single experience and spent most of my time in the studio set part, so when I reached the area that showed off the technical aspects of creating the Harry Potter World, I was litterally runnning through it to get to the gift shop before I had to catch my bus back to London.

Might want to get your own transport and entry tickets. - Rather unorganized. Says to meet at the bus, but you actually have to check in at the office first, beforehand. Also says they start boarding 30 minutes early, so we got there early and stood around waiting the entire time and boarded when we supposed to leave (which cut into our tour time). Upon arrival to the studios, we had to wait on the bus while they went to go purchase tickets, which couldn't been done beforehand, and again cut into our tour time. The return bus ended up being late, so the entire party was waiting in a parking lot and we actually had to walk to a different area to board. Not very professional, they should've had the bus ready and waiting for paying customers. You may be better off just buying transport and entry tickets on your own. They didn't offer anything more than that.

Jammed in and no power - The bus was packed and the wifi was almost non existent. There were no USB charging points (as advertised). We ended up taking an Uber back to the city as we could not face the bus trip back. (£100 more)
