Excellent tour, and do the add on for parliament if you have time! 1000% worth it! - * This was my 47th tour booked via Viator over the last 2.5yrs, and I can easily say one of the best, if not the best. My tour guide Jane was outstanding. She was extremely funny, super knowledgeable, and had an amazing way of bringing the history to life. She maneuvered the group quickly and efficiently through a really crowded Westminster, but not so fast as to leave anyone behind. To say she was group conscious, would be an understatement. If my tour would’ve ended there, that would’ve been an excellent day, but I opted for the Parliament tour as well, this is where Jane separated herself from all other tour guides. She walked us down through great colleges street and showed us the home of TE Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia), took us to a really quiet, nearly empty immaculate view of the Houses of Parliament and the Big Ben Tower. There she continued explaining the history of the houses etc… as we walked I’d mentioned going to Tower of London afterwards, she mentioned being able to enter Westminster Hall in the Houses of Parliament building. Jane, after the tour was completely done, walked with me to the entrance to Parliament, spoke with the guards, and they let me in prior to the debates and I was able to explore the Westminster Hall, the central lobby, and catch a debate. She was off work, didn’t have to do this, but took her own personal time to, as she said, “ make sure everyone has the best possible experience.” What she did for me was equivalent of a mother tour, not to mention as she left she told me where to find the horse guard, Downing Street, and gave me directions on getting to and from the tube. The tour was immaculate, the entire day, if you have HALF the experience I did, it’s a tremendous time. Can’t say thank you enough to Jane and Amigos tour, whatever they are paying her, I assure you, it’s not enough. I can’t recommend this tour enough, opt in for the Parliament tour as well, take some time to explore the Westminster Hall, Central Lobby, & debates. I’d not for anything else, you’ll get a super close, private picture with Big Ben right outside the entrance to Westminster Hall.

excellent and efficient tour - this is an mazing tour, meeting point was very easy to find, we met our tour operators , there were many of them and were assigned to Nick We got the Westminster very quick, tour the church for about 2 hours, it was a guided tour, the church is absolutely stunning, definitely worth the visit, Nick was amazing explaining everything about the church, then were given about 30 min break then headed to the parliament passing by Big ben, getting to the parliament was fast, once inside, it was a self guided tour using handsets, we got the chance to see the lord house and the chamber, the tour took us about 40 minutes Amazing tour with very knowledgeable guide, highly recommended

Good tour - It was a very good tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. She could have spoken up a little louder at times. She was very accommodating at all times.

Stick with Cathedral tour only - Nick gave an excellent tour of Westminster Cathedral but the optional tour of Parliament was not what I was expecting. We simply sat in the park while he told us about how Parliament works and who the statues are in the park.

Choose to do an audio tour instead - Very busy in July. Tour guide was pleasant enough, although there was little introduction to the structure of the tour at the start. The tour (Abbey) is probably an hour too long. in hindsight would not book a guided tour at all and just wander around with a guide book/audio tour.
