• Windsor Castle - The coach will depart from the designated meeting point promptly at 8am – please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in! The first stop on this journey is Windsor Castle, the world’s oldest and largest occupied castle, with an expected arrival time of approximately 9:30am. With its expansive landscaped gardens and impressive round tower, it’s clear why Windsor Castle is the King’s preferred weekend retreat. Explore the opulent State Apartments, which house priceless artworks by Rembrandt, Leonardo da Vinci, and others, and visit the stunning St. George’s Chapel, the final resting place of former monarchs like Henry VIII and the wedding venue of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle!
• St. George’s Chapel - Enter St. George’s Chapel, located within the expansive grounds, where the infamous King Henry VIII and his beloved wife, Jane Seymour, are interred, along with Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother.

St. George’s Chapel is one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture in England. It has hosted numerous royal weddings and is the burial site of ten sovereigns. The Chapel is dedicated to the patron saint of the Order of the Garter, Britain’s highest Order of Chivalry.
*St. George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays due to services held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services, which occur at the following times:

08:30 – Holy Communion
10:45 – Mattins and Sermon
11:45 – Sung Eucharist
17:15 – Evensong

• Windsor Guildhall - This 17th-century historic masterpiece is located on the High Street, just 100 meters from Castle Hill. Prince Charles married Camilla Parker Bowles, Duchess of Cornwall, at Windsor Guildhall in 2005.
• Stonehenge - The true purpose of this ancient, awe-inspiring creation remains a mystery. Was Stonehenge a temple for sun worship, a healing center, a burial site, or perhaps a massive calendar? How did our ancestors transport the enormous stones from such great distances and, using only primitive tools, construct this remarkable structure? • Windsor Castle is a working royal palace and planned closures/disruptions may be subject to change, from those seen on the product page.
• Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday, we offer a walking tour instead on those days.

• Due to driver’s legal working hours restrictions, this tour will finish within a 2 or 3 minute walk of Gloucester Road Underground Station. This station is in Zone 1 and is three stops Eastbound on the Circle Line or the District Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road, and is only 5 stops to Piccadilly Circus.
• During the winter months an additional five rooms, known collectively as the Semi-State Rooms, are included in the visitor route.
• St. George’s Chapel is usually closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services.
