Great experience - Tour was well organized and Bruce was a great guide. Shared a lot of information about the towns and villages between the tour stops as well as tips to maximize your time at each stop. And Lucian, the coach driver, got us through the tour safely.

A perfect day trip from London - Bruce our tour guide was entertaining, knowledgeable, and kept us all on track to enjoy every stop. We were first in line for Windsor Castle and caught a glimpse of King Charles walking the grounds! Stonehenge was another great stop as was Bath, with a rich history and well preserved buildings. Our driver Lucian, was flawless and punctual & kept us safe as we traveled. If you’re looking for a day trip out of London, this one is five stars!

Great experience! Thanks Bruce and Sokol! - Bruce was very energetic and a great guide throughout the whole tour. Even though there was not a lot of time at each location due to the distance between the sites, Bruce provided everyone with helpful tips and tricks on where to go when and what to see based on past experiences in this tour. Sokol was a great driver and helped us get to each place in a safe and timely manner. I would recommend this tour if you do not have a lot of time and want to see each place. It provides a good idea of the sites and helps you determine if you’d like to spend more time there on future visits. If you like to tour a site for hours, this would be too quick to do so, but the tour guide provides the history of each area on the ride as well.

Well organized tour! Beautiful sites! - Oliver and John were quite entertaining. I mean watching three sites in one day is tough, and they made it pleasant. I just wish we had more time at Windsor and Bath. Oh, and that a lunch was planned within it. Otherwise, this was well organized, comfortable ride on the coach, and a good tour.

Biggest downside was that... - Biggest downside was that there was not enough time at Windsor- only about 20-30 minutes. Most of our time there was spent waiting in line for it to open - little over an hour.

Poor experience! - During the tour, I encountered some challenges with timing. Specifically, the bus left before the changing of the guards was completed, which left many of us feeling rushed and unable to enjoy that moment fully. It would be beneficial if the schedule allowed for completion of key events before transitions. Bus won't wait for anyone and tour guide would not call passenger. They will just leave! Furthermore, I found that there was insufficient time allocated at each location. This resulted in a lack of opportunities for proper meal and restroom breaks, which is essential for a comfortable experience for all passengers. I also noticed that the guide's commentary often strayed from the main topics. While I appreciate the passion, this diversion wasted valuable time that could have been utilized more efficiently, particularly while we were waiting in lines. A more focused approach to the commentary would contribute significantly to the tour’s overall quality. Lastly, I experienced some frustration with customer service, particularly regarding communication and support for passengers who were inadvertently left behind at stops. This was quite disappointing, as effective communication can greatly enhance the experience for everyone involved. These issues had a significant impact on our overall enjoyment of the tour.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! THEY WILL ABANDON YOU! - TLDR: Do not under any circumstances book a tour with this company. Check out Premium Tours instead. They’ll give you plenty of time to see the sights, the buses are much nicer, and driver Clint is the best there is. Now for everyone else who wants all the juicy bits. This tour company literally abandoned me and my mother in Stonehenge. We were late to the bus because the Stonehenge shuttle was very busy and it took us longer than expected to board the shuttle and get back to the bus. My mom is unable to run due to her age and her knee injury. She told me to run ahead and explain to Oliver, our tour guide. Keep in mind at this point no one has called us or made any effort to find us so I’m assuming we’ll get a light scolding and some dirty looks but at the end of the day we will be on the bus. Well I get there and the bus is just about to leave I explain that my mom and the rest of my family are far behind and Oliver tells us “Sorry. The company says we have to go”. And go they did. Without us. With no way to return to civilization. (For those of you who may not know, Stonehenge is literally the middle of nowhere. Just grass and sheep for miles.) My mom emailed customer service right away and they told us to file an inquiry and we’ll hear back from them in 7 days. I call the general customer service line and they say sorry about that and provide no further assistance. What a joke. The bus lot is slowly emptying out and we are running out of options. So I run from bus to bus until I find Clint at Premium Tours. Now, over 24 hours after nearly becoming one with the stones, Golden Tours has responded to my mom’s initial inquiry and said “we provide an emergency number on the wristband. If you had called it we would’ve sent someone to get you.” Oh right! Im an idiot! How could I forget about the emergency number on the wristband THAT OLIVER NEVER EVEN MENTIONED TO US?! This company does not care about your health and safety. They can and will leave you behind, even if you’re traveling with elderly or anyone with ADA needs. Go ahead and look at the other one star reviews on here. You’ll see that I’m not a freak accident. You’ll see that this company is run by ableist sociopaths. Skip it. Skip it like your life depends on it.
