efficient visit to Windsor Castle - This tour was a very efficient way to visit Windsor Castle. I was picked up at a bus stop near the Earl's Court station; the trip to Windsor took about 45 mins. We had 2.5 hours to view the castle and the grounds. Visiting during the winter was great since there were relatively few tourists at the castle, which improved the experience. As an added bonus, the start of the visit coincided with the changing of the Guard.

Windsor Castle Tour - We had an amazing day out at Windsor Castle!
The experience was both fascinating and memorable, with so much history to take in. Our tour guide, Nick, was fantastic--knowledgeable, engaging, and always kept us laughing, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The entire day was well-organized, and we truly appreciated the experience. Highly recommend!

Great time! - Great time! So much to see and do- it was a great day. We saw St. George’s chapel, changing of the guards and the State apartments. Lots to see.

Great way to see Windsor Castle - Our tour guide on the bus, Richard, was excellent. Quick access to castle. Very easy and pleasant way to see Windsor Castle. Well worth the money.

Spectacular - Both guide and driver were awesome, proactive and nice. Though we hit some traffic there was grace, humor and happiness demonstrated to everyone

Worth it. - Our tour was self guided after we were walked to the entrance way. The tour bus guide was very informed, friendly and funny; and the driver was good. BUT, that view in the picture above is nothing that we saw. We came in a back entrance in the village (the ? Goswells). We were inside the compound basically. It was worth the trip. Lot's to see in there. Also, the village outside was nice.

Guide no-showed! - Our tour guide never showed. No call, text or communication of any kind to any member of the group that went. The driver showed up late (my son and I sat outside for 30 min in the cold before he came). He was a very nice man and did take us to the castle and get us in, but the audio guides were terrible that were provided by the castle themselves, so we wandered aimlessly for hours and learned nothing. The whole point of this booking was for the guide itself. Absolute waste of time and money and I’ll be asking for a refund. This is not acceptable.

Scheduled tour for a castle that was closed - We canceled this trip ahead of time. Windsor Castle was closed for cleaning. But they were still selling tickets for the tour! Be aware of closures for this site. You will pay to go and not be able to enter. Do your own research
