Great tour of Windsor castle - Lovely trip to Windsor castle . Our tour started promptly at the proposed time . Andy our tour director was great - funny and informative. Would recommend this tour

Windsor Castle - Wonderful tour. The architecture, paintings and grandeur cannot be matched. Tour guide was very good preparing us for the tour.

10/10 experience at Windsor - We had a ball going to Windsor with our hilarious travel guide Nick. He was unbelievably knowledgeable about Royal history and made the day super fun and easy. Time in London is precious so we just wanted a half day tour to be as time efficient as possible, and this was perfect. Thanks Nick!

Good Experience Overall - The bus was very nice and air conditioned. It was an enjoyable ride to the castle, and our guide was very sweet. We went in July, and once we arrived, it was so crowded and chaotic! Our guide didn't have a sign or anything to hold up, so it was hard to keep up with her as we pushed through the crowd. Once we found the correct line we were supposed to be in, we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes. (this is NOT a skip the line ticket). Inside the castle, we explored on our own while we listened to an audio guide for information. Our guide had given us a time to meet back at the entrance. However, she failed to tell us that we needed to walk out into the parking lot of tour buses and find ours, so several of us were just wondering around for a few minutes trying to find her. Once we saw her next to the bus in the parking lot, though, we made our way on and headed back to our pickup spot. Overall, a good experience! I would just recommend the guide carry a sign or flag so she can be seen, and that she either let you know to go find the bus at the end or that she wait for you at the top of the parking lot so she can be easily found.

Not quite what we expected - Beautiful day trip to Windsor. The audio tour was fine but it would have been better to have had a personalized tour instead. For the cost of the transport and ticket, it would have been cheaper to get there by metro or hired a private tour guide which our “bus guide” said was not allowed, but we saw some private guides passing through.

Too crowded / not enough time - Ok experience overall, but too crowded and way too short to enjoy the castle and its surroundings. Did not enjoy the tour guide.

Castle tour . - This tour is unexpected. You basically pay for a bus ride and tickets to the castle otherwise you’re on your own . You get picked up dropped off at the castle entrance walk around on your own meet at
the bus and get driven back to London. When we got there the guide headed to the entrance through a crowd and disappeared. we managed to to get in on our own with the voucher and met up with bus later . you get to the tour of the tower by train which you must pay on your own, get dropped off at the entrance and the guide leaves .
If you can manage this by yourself with out paying someone to walk or drive you to a site i would do by myself and save the money .

The day prior, I travelled to the meeting point, - As I read about the French State visit,
by the Macron’s, I have to ask “where/what was the Quadrangle ???” “Where/what was the State Dinner served ??
Where were the State Apartments that dignitaries would stay in ??? I ask this because our tours main focus was to
wade through the crowds and get back
to the bus for the 1:35 trip back to London, when we’d barely gotten through Security by noon…. I was sitting in Burger King, Earl’s Court by 3:15 PM
‘So this is the $100 US+ tour that I signed
up for in April, before making all other travel plans for an extensive European Tour…
Shame …..
