• Estate Argyros - The stunning and contemporary Argyros winery estate is situated on the outskirts of Episkopi-Gonia, approximately 5.5 km southeast of Fira. Argyros’ spacious tasting room, offering ocean views, is located in the heart of their grape estate. Like most Santorini wineries, the primary grape variety produced and used here is the white Assyrtico grape, although Argyros also crafts a delightful Aydani wine. Their ruby-red Mavrotragano earned 93/100 Parker points in Wine Advocate.

• Anhydrous Winery - Avantis Estate winemaker Mr. Apostolos Mountrikas fell in love with Santorini and the robust character of Assyrtiko, beginning his project in Santorini in 2012. He completed it in 2021, establishing Anhydrous Winery. His philosophy centers on experimenting with ancient winemaking techniques to create modern wines with purity and essential varietal characteristics. These wines reflect the connection with Santorini’s arid land, the majesty of the landscape, the volcano, the sun, the sea breeze, and the Cycladic air - embodying the vibrant personality of this unique PDO region. These high-quality wines capture the pure beauty of Santorini, known as anhydrous wines.

• Artemis Karamolegos Winery - Visit three traditional wineries and cellars in the Santorini countryside with a local, professional guide. Taste a selection of 12 different wine styles from Santorini and Greece. During this four-and-a-half-hour adventure, you’ll explore an actual vineyard on volcanic soil and discover the unique viticulture. • If a hotel is inaccessible by car due to restrictions, pickup will be held from a nearby location within a short walking distance.
