- Vathy - From Piso Aetos port, we begin our exploration of Ithaka. Our first stop, after a 15-minute drive, is the island’s capital, the quaint town of “Vathy”. Here, we visit museums and churches, shop, and enjoy some free time to explore and appreciate the town. Leaving “Vathy”, we pass by the picturesque “Lazaretto” island in the center of Vathi bay and proceed to our next destination.
- Kioni - Our excursion continues with a 50-minute drive through stunning landscapes to the charming “Kioni Bay” for lunch.
- Stavros - After visiting Kioni village, we board our bus for a brief 25-minute ride, passing through the village of Frikes, and head to our final stop - the village of “Stavros”. Here, we taste the delicious local dessert “Rovani”, admire the bust of Odysseus, the old church of “Sotiros” (Savior), and the beautiful “Polis Bay”, a beach of great beauty. Concluding our tour, we head back and within 30 minutes, reach “Piso Aetos” port for the 45-minute ferry ride back to our base after a day filled with mythological splendor.
