Well worth the slightly sore muscles the next day! - Last time we visited we did the Samaria Gorge, some years later we went back to do the Imbros Gorge. Brilliant experience granted we are a few years older now so although a shorter trek it felt much longer! Our guide Irenie was brilliant and really made i such an amazing experience and she was so kind and encouraging! I scraped my knee which I thought nothing of, but she made sure she washed it and put plaster on. We are so pleased we did this - an amazing, beautiful place!

Wonderful tour of Imbros and south Crete - This tour is a lovely way to see the south of Crete and hike Imbros if you don’t have a car. Karolina was a lovely tour guide and our bus driver was an excellent driver. Karolina gave us a lot of information about the areas we drove through and visited. We hiked the gorge with my elderly mother and my children (ages 7,10,12). The amount of time to hike the gorge was just enough, we would have appreciated a little more time to stop and rest but we are slower than the average hiking group. After we had a short time to eat at the taverna but I recommend eating at the next stop which is the amazing seaside town of Sfakia. Sfakia is one of my favorite places I visited on all of Crete. We ate at Taverna Delfine which was the best food with the most amazing view. If you don’t need to eat you can explore the village or take a swim in the beautiful Libyan sea. I recommend bringing water/snacks for the hike and definitely booking this tour!

Recommended!! - Fantastic, great trip in beautiful surroundings. The trip was straight to go. We spent about 1.5 hours from start to finish. Our guide was informative and caring, very skilled. After the Ravine Walk we drove on to a beautiful, small port town where we could swim or eat. Overall a super activity.

Very professional - Very professional service. The only drawback was the very different paces of the hikers. I reached the meeting place at the end shortly after 12pm (admittedly, I should have walked at a slower pace), while the guide and stragglers didn’t arrive until 2pm, just as the bus was preparing to leave. This meant I had lunch and then sat on my hands for more than an hour. There’s nothing to do at the endpoint, except hang around the taverna. My advice would be to time yourself when walking to avoid arriving too early at the endpoint. Contemplate the flowers. That said, this was a very well organised and reliable day trip that I would absolutely recommend. The bus arrived and left exactly on time. There was even time for a (glorious) swim at Hora Sfakion.
