Metochi - Metochi is a quaint agricultural hamlet with a few homes. The parking area and dock for passenger ferries and sea taxis are located east of Metochi. This is the nearest point accessible by car to Hydra before transitioning to sea travel. From Metochi, travelers can reach Hydra via Hydra Line, with a 30-minute journey costing 7.50€ per person one way, or by private taxi boat, taking 20 minutes at a cost of 60€ per group one way. On Hydra, motor vehicles are prohibited, so all travel is on foot. The driver will accompany visitors to assist, provide guidance, and share essential information for an enjoyable visit. The driver’s ticket is included at no extra cost.
