Patmos is located 32 miles south of Samos. Renowned for its religious history, Patmos is the island where Saint John the Theologian authored the Book of Revelation (the Apocalypse).

The monastery’s highlights include a library, historical documents, manuscripts, biographies of saints, and more. The Cave of the Apocalypse was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006.

ITINERARY

• Bus transfer from hotels / hotels within Pythagorio without transfer
• Boat departs at 08:00 (Dodekanisos Lines)
• Sail to Patmos, approximately 2 ½ hours
• Depart Patmos port
• Drive to the Cave, 15 minutes
• Visit the Cave of the Apocalypse, 30 minutes
• Drive to the Monastery, 10 minutes
• Visit the Monastery of St. John and the museum, 75 minutes
• After the tour and about 20 minutes of free time, guests return to Skala port, where they can enjoy a walk at the harbor or relax

The boat departs at 15:20 for Pythagorio, arriving at 18:00.
