Fantastic, memorable and great. - We had the best time. Gabe was our tour guide and he was amazing. My granddaughter got to participate in several sessions with Gabe. Loved this event.

Haunting Good Time ! - We had a great time learning the history of Downtown Greenville and its grim beginnings! Dustin was great! friendly, funny and passionate about the paranormal and when we all showed up dressed like Wednesday Adams for the tour he didn’t run :)

AMAZING date night idea - Gabe was amazing he was VERY informative he threw in a little Greenville history that i never knew as a native myself we plan to do the private tour as well it was a fantastic date night idea and sparked our interest in the paranormal even more we LOVED IT

Greenville Ghost Tour - Isaac was very knowledgeable and fun. Enjoyed my Ghost Tour very much. Greenville has soo much ghosts. The cemetery was amazing and very dark! I have taken many ghost tours throughout the country and this ranks up there with the best of them.

Wonderful experience - The host was great! Made the experience fun and interesting for all! Would definitely go again and recommend everyone who goes to Greenville and is looking for something fun to do for the whole family! Wonderful experience!

Left early - Guide was not that informative. Seemed like a fun hobby for him. I wished it was more factual with a regional historical vibe.

This tour was a huge mistake - We took this tour years ago when they had a lot of reviews. Boy was that a mistake. This tour was absolutely fake, with a bunch of stories about trolls and UFOs. The guide appeared to be out of his mind somehow. It was an incredibly weird experience, and our group leader didn't seem to even want to be there. The other 1-star reviews say the same thing, look at them yourself.

Not worth it - Don't bother! Self promoting, wears a terrible headset so close to his mouth that you can't understand a word he says! The ONLY thing good about it was it was a beautiful night!

Save your money! - Am I being punked? That is what I asked my husband literally less than 5 minutes into this tour. It started with a rap from our guide Gabe, yes I said a rap. It was about how he wants a paranormal show & preceded to include like every network & streaming service in this so called rap. Then we moved on to our first stop where he asked if we could find a specific name on a brick on the ground but never told us where it was, rather just moved on to the next stop. 15 minutes in and no ghost or paranormal stories. Then on to the next stop where he ranted that the establishment won't let him investigate even if he promises to put a sheet down when he sleeps as not to get his sweat on their couch. Then was the rant about him being a bit emo & loving The Cure, still no real paranormal story. Then there was his extremely bad jokes if you can even call them that (very awkward) where he asked seriously why we weren't laughing. We finally had a stop where he told a story of a troll, that was the paranormal part I guess. In talking with the others on the tour it was clear we all felt this was an uncomfortable wast of money & time. One couple tipped a street performer because he started playing his guitar over our guides babbling. At an hour in to this two hour what I can only describe as a very awkward fiasco my husband and I gave him back his EMF detector and bounced. A bit later we ran into another family that was on the tour who said they left shortly after we did because it only got worse after we left. Bottom line is this guide Gabe had no clue what he was doing, he rambled on & on about nothing & admitted to not knowing some facts that were part of his stories. He moved from stop to stop without explaining where we were going and never made sure the group was still with him. All in all a complete waste of time and money.

Terrible experience - This was very disappointing. He self promoted his YouTube videos and terrible rap music the entire time. He told awful jokes that no one laughed at. His “ghost stories” were about trolls, what he believed was happening in a store, and the fact that the store owners didn’t want anything to do with him. He didn’t even know the dates of one of his stories. This was a complete ripoff and I would have paid to get out of finishing the tour. DO NOT DO IT!
