Incredible experience! - Such an amazing experience! Highly recommend! Wanted to do it again the next day. Very friendly staff. Contacted me a couple of days ahead to confirm details and pickup location. Pick up was exactly on time. Our balloon ride went for 1hr 20 mins and we purchased the video and photos for a very reasonable price. Loved every minute of it

Highly recommend - Truly enjoyed my first time on a Hot Air balloon. Loved the views and it is was very smooth. The pilot and the team work is fantastic. Loved the video the we purchased so that we can have this memory.

Bucket list done! - This was a bucket list item for me and it was truly a surreal experience. The stillness of flight, while gliding through the air, is unlike anything we have ever experienced. Great experience - Great balloon ride! Very professional pilot, nailed the landing and explained exething she was doing along the way. Champagne was alcohol free, which was not advertised.

Nice experience - Very nice flight.
I do not give the 5 stars because we hired Spanish guide and there was no, so I recommend taking the cheapest because in the end it is the same experience.

Tourist trap gimmick. - The flight time scenery was spectacular but the cost was way too pricey for what they advertised. It was sold as a hot air air balloon flight with champagne breakfast. They cram about 15 to 20 people in the basket, 4 people per section. You don't have room to move or turn around. Breakfast was a bag, with a small box of warm juice, a dry croissant and pretzel sticks, which they hand out before the flight, then a glass of non alcoholic champagne at the end of the flight. Just a tourist trap gimmick. It was advertised as 3 hours, but was the full flight + "breakfast" was 1.5 hours. Definitely not worth the price! Look for cheaper alternatives.
