- Pigeon Valley - Pigeon Valley derives its name from the numerous man-made dovecotes (Pigeon Houses) carved into the soft volcanic tuff. Historically, pigeons were vital in the Cappadocia region for providing food and fertilizer for the barren soil. Although pigeons are no longer as crucial, their rocky abodes are still preserved by locals and can be seen atop rock pillars and within excavated cave houses and churches throughout the area.
- Kaymakli Underground City - The underground cities of Cappadocia were constructed by carving into the volcanic tuff landscape. The methods used to carve so deeply underground remain a mystery, especially given the lack of technological equipment. The age of these cities is determined by the traces left by ancient civilizations.
- Soganli Valley - Soğanlı Valley is situated in the southeastern part of Cappadocia. The valley is home to several rock-cut churches and other structures, carved from the soft tuff stone characteristic of the Cappadocian landscape. Visitors can walk through the valley, experiencing local village life, and visit the Karabaş Church and Snake Church. After exploring the valley, lunch is enjoyed at a local village restaurant.
- Sobesos Ancient City - Sobesos Ancient City was discovered by chance in 2002. This city, a reflection of Cappadocia’s history, was revealed through a 3-year archaeological excavation. The excavations uncovered numerous motifs on colored stones, with floor mosaics featuring intriguing geometric patterns.
- Urgup - Following Sobesos, the journey continues to Urgup, where visitors can see the “Three Beauties” fairy chimneys, a symbol of Cappadocia often featured on postcards. After capturing photographs, the tour proceeds to an onyx workshop to showcase Cappadocia’s unique stones and jewelry.
