Volcanic wonders tour - We had a lovely time on this hiking tour which comprises many experiences in a single trip: lava fields up close and in a landscape view, hot springs and lava marks left on Grindavik city. We found out many interesting things from our guide Gunnar who ensured that we have our best experience.

Grindavik after the evacuation. - Our tour started as a rainy day then after a delicious lunch at the diner in Grindavik the sun came out. In spite of the rain our tour guide, Albert continued to talk about the sites that we could and could not see. I learned so much about the area and history of Iceland. A fascinating day.

Lava! - We had a great time and our guide Flosi was wonderful. We learned a lot about local geothermal events both recent and past and our hike allowed us to see lava flows from three recent volcanoes!

Volcano tour - Had a fantastic day on this tour. Our tour guide Leifur was friendly and knowledgeable, taking us through loads of history about the Iceland. Also we ended up stopping around 10 times seeing loads of extra free stuff. Highly recommended for a day out with around 20k steps of walking.
