Hop on the boat in Castries, from where your journey along the stunning West Coast will commence. You’ll go past quaint fishing towns and the rugged coastline before reaching the globally renowned Pitons. The Toraille Waterfall and the Sulphur Springs await your arrival in Soufriere. Thence, you’ll proceed to the Morne Coubaril Estate for a scrumptious Creole-style buffet meal, complemented with freshly pressed local juice. When sailing back up the coast on the Catamaran, you’ll make a pitstop at the Anse Cochon Beach for a revitalizing swim or snorkeling session, where spectacular fish and reefs can be spotted. Post-swimming, we’ll journey northwards to the Cruise Port, relishing music and beverages onboard!

Excellent experience! - Captain Lloyd was amazing.
He did everything to accomplish what the cruise line sold us.
Next time I’ll make sure to book directly with Sea Spray.
The beach they took us and the ride there was also wonderful.

These guys were awesome!!!!! - This was the best excursion I have been a part of. The crew was the absolute best. Amani was very knowledgeable of everything about St. Lucia. I learned so much from him while on the tour. He was very enthusiastic to share his knowledge with the whole group. The rest of the crew which included Capt. Lloyd and Knowledge were awesome as well and made sure our every need was met.

Amazing full day trip - This was a GREAT way to see the beautiful island of St Lucia! The staff was sooo fun and helpful. The food at lunch was delicious. Special thanks to Akim who helped make our trip extra fun and took the BEST pictures of my friends and I. This tour is a must do!

Great experience - The complete experience was amazing. Vernon was an excellent host/guide from beginning to end. He was thoughtful and well versed with his job. He assisted our group with drinks, photos, information. He was FUN and professional at his job. He made sure we had a great day, all around. The captain as well as the rest of the team were Awesome. All around. Everyone worked as a team and made the guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Great Job

Great service ! Pay the workers a livable wage ! - The trip was amazing. Vernon, one of the crew members was super helpful, kind, and hospitable. He Offered and He took great pictures of me and checked on me throughout the trip. I mean really give that man a raise ! I did the math, and there had to be about $9000 worth of revenue on that boat, but throughout my research, I found out that the crew members only make $30 a day…combined, that is only 2% of the revenue. That is a travesty! Furthermore with that “compensation”, half of their income goes to the average rent in st. Lucia. This is sad and unfair and these business need to do better at compensating the hard workers that enable these businesses to run.

Family vacation - During our recent three-week stay on the island as, we thoroughly enjoyed day cruises twice with your company. The overall experience was positive, largely due to your excellent staff—90% of whom were fantastic and engaging. The captains, in particular, were awesome and highly skilled.
The location and itinerary are truly great. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling at Anse Chastanet, which was a highlight. However, we have a few significant recommendations for improvement that would elevate the experience from good to exceptional.
Areas for Improvement:
1. Food and Beverage Quality: The food provided was a notable disappointment. The offerings appeared to lack any thoughtful preparation and were, unfortunately, stale. As a Saint Lucian living in the US for more than four decades and bragging about my country , I was deeply embarrassed that this was presented to guests. The beverage service was also lacking; we were served small cups of what seemed to be cool aid without ice.
(1b) Also providing chilled bottled water throughout the land tour would be a significant improvement.
2. Transportation Maintenance: The buses used for the land tours require better maintenance. The vehicles were uncomfortably hot due to ineffective air conditioning and had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the comfort of the excursion.
3. Anse Cochon Beach Stop: While Anse Chastanet was excellent, the stop at Anse Cochon was less enjoyable. The area was overcrowded with aggressive and rude hustlers, which made it difficult to relax. Furthermore, the water quality at this location was poor and had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of a stagnant bay.
We believe your company has a fantastic foundation with its routes, knowledgeable captains, and friendly staff. Addressing these specific issues regarding food quality, transportation, and the beach vendor management would undoubtedly secure a five-star experience for all future guests.

Not what I thought we were buying-ask detailed questions-beware of bait & switch - Not the sail boat thats in the pics. It's actually a double decker, stuffed with as many people on as they can. Not enough seats. Late picking up. We were told a time to be at the pick up spot and they were 45 min late picking us up. Too many people. I was under the impression it would be the boat in the pics. Can't flush the toilets on board, because if you do, they said it will go into the ocean where you are snorkeling. Just know what you are getting into. We did the zipline tour and were told we had a private driver/transfer guy who would take us to the zipline and lunch area and then they would transfer us back to the boat. When were done and ready to come back out "private" driver was not there. They ended up having to add us to one of the other tours and shoved in the aisle pop up seat which wasn't very comfortable. All in all, I feel like it was a bait and switch. My advice would be to ask very specific questions and get their answers in writing. I would never pay to go on this company's tours.

Sea Spray sucks !!!!! - We were given the wrong information from Sea Spray. Our information was we would be picked up at La Castries Port. We had to scramble and find a taxi to take us to another Port. And the representative from Sea Spray was rude, unapologetic and didn't care. Because of the SeaSpray experience we will never book through Viator again.
