This excursion was the... - This excursion was the highlight of my trip. 10/10 I highly recommend it. The views were astounding! I skipped the mud bath and did the history tour of the volcano. Our historian tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. The only downside was the bus driver. He was awful and disrespectful. While returning back to my hotel I told him that I needed to use the bathroom and stop at the next site. The bus was filled with other passengers that stayed at various hotels in the area. The driver stopped the bus on the side of the road and expected me to void in bushes in front of the entire bus of passengers. The next stop was less than one mile away. He wanted to humiliate me. I told him no and go to the next hotel stop. A male passenger advocated for me too. Sea Spray, do NOT hire that driver (Khong Tours) again. He is awful!

We had a great time... - We had a great time aboard the catamaran. The captain and crew were friendly and fun! They played great music and served a delicious rum punch while on board. The sights you see during the sail are breathtaking and the excursions were just as beautiful. Lunch was tasty, just wish we could’ve had more. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

Great experience! - What a great experience. The tourist sites were crowded, but that was expected. The food was delicious and the service was very good. We had a great day and had lots of fun.

Our Sea Spray Experience - However, the communication between Viator and the transportation provider was extremely poor and nearly ruined my wife’s birthday getaway and our excursion in St. Lucia.
I initiated communication with Viator three days prior via both email and the app because the pickup location listed in the app was different from our actual hotel. Viator responded more promptly to my email than through the app and confirmed that my wife and I would be picked up directly from the hotel lobby.
On the day of the excursion, my wife and I waited in the lobby along with several other hotel guests—many of whom later ended up on the same boat as us. However, no driver made any announcements or attempts to identify us for pickup, despite our booking specifying private transportation through Viator.
We tried to contact Viator through the app but received no response. Eventually, we got in touch via WhatsApp and were told the driver had been at our hotel and would return. When the driver came back, I recognized him—or someone from the same company—from earlier, but the company name on their shirts did not match what was listed in our Viator reservation.
Upon arriving at the marina, we realized that everyone from our hotel lobby was already there and had been waiting for us. This made both my wife and me very uncomfortable, as the entire boat was delayed by about 30 minutes due to the confusion.
Despite this frustrating and poorly handled transportation issue, the Sea Spray Crew was absolutely incredible. The excursion itself was fun, well-organized, and definitely worth both the time and cost.
We would absolutely book with Sea Spray again—but likely not through Viator.

Great Day with Sea Spray! - My husband and I had a fantastic time visiting the beautiful sites of St. Lucia with the Sea Spray crew. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Thank you for Darwin for your fun and enthusiasm and Elba for your detailed description of the island.
The catamaran was a fun way to see Soufriere and the Pitons. The drinks flow, music is good and vibes are high.
First stop for us was the gorgeous Toraille waterfall. Your guide will take your photos here or anywhere on the tour you like.
Next we went to the mud bath. That was another fun and unique experience. They're right you literally feel 10 years younger after the mud.
Then we got a traditional carribean meal for lunch.
Lastly we docked at a beach and snorkeled. You have just the right amount of time to enjoy every location.
A noteable mention is in the city of your sites there will be friendly vendors along the way. My family likes to support the locals, so we stopped and shopped.
If you are thinking of booking a Sea Spray tour... do it! You will have a blast. :)

A great day out ! - Excellent whole day out ! Crew were awesome, drinks were flowing and music was great ! A lovely sail down the coast, stopping to hop in mini buses for a short trip to the waterfall, volcano and mud baths then a lovely authentic lunch before getting back on the catamaran. Stopping for snorkelling at a secluded bay then motoring back to Rodney bay marina. A great day !

100% recommend - The views on the catamaran were amazing ! The waterfall was smaller and more busy than anticipated so we didn’t actually go in but we did get pictures. We were supplied with drinks throughout and given a delicious lunch ! If you have a free day and want to hit all the hotspots on the island as well as snorkeling this is the place to go :)

Great adventure - The crew was top notch and experienced. Great safety and time management skills to keep the tour on track. The adventure was very fun and the crew entertaining. The rum punch was excellent. The lunch was subpar. The weather did not cooperate for the adventure. It rained all day long. Not the crews fault. They made the best of the conditions. I recommend this tour.

Tour Should Have Been Canceled Due to Rain! - The St. Lucia Full-Day Catamaran Sightseeing Cruise w/Snorkeling should have been cancelled. It rained the entire tour, and I don't mean a light rain. It rained so hard that it hurt sometimes, and of course, it is a catamaran, so there is no room to hide from the elements. On the other hand, the actual parts we were able to see and partake in (i.e., the volcano mud bath and the waterfall) were amazing, but I wouldn't recommend doing them in the rain.
