We love Culinary Backstreet Tours - This is our sixth Culinary Backsteet Tour and it was right up there with all of them. Jasmine was a wonderful guide. Great selection of stops and food treats.

More then Just Food! - The entire experience was fantastic. Our guide was so knowledgeable about not only the food, but the history and the culture. We went to places and tried foods I would never have found on my own no matter how many guidebooks I read. this was my first experience with Culinary Backstreets and it definitely won't be my last. I'm already planning my next culinary adventure for my next trip!

Más birria. Más ahogada! - We were so happy to blend history, culture and food on this tour. We could not have been more grateful for the time and thoroughness with which Eliza tied the food to the state of Jalisco in the past and present. This was one of our top tour experiences around the world. We can’t wait to come back and explore other cities with Culinary Backstreets.

A memorable day of Guadalajara culinary history - Eliza was a wonderful guide for the whole day; her vitality was very special.
The food could not have been more delicious, and also fascinating in its historical origins. Even the teenager of my friend became engaged, enjoying the tour.
I will make every effort in the future to take friends who are visiting me on a tour with Eliza.

Amazing history and culinary experience - This was such a cool deep dive into the rich cultural history of Guadalajara and the Western region of Mexico, and the food was just a bonus! I love how the guide wove together the history of the sites we visited with the background of the food. We tried SO many different foods and drinks in one experience, and the walk took us through parts of the city I wouldn't have found on my own. Couldn't recommend this tour or the guide highly enough!
