Fantastic! - What a great experience! Our tour guide Ricardo was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They communicated via WhatsApp before and during the trip, which was nice. They met us at the port of Ensenada as we came in from a cruise and were very flexible to fit our schedule. We would definitely book again!

He had a predetermined list of wineries and lunch locations but also pivoted comfortably to last minute changes/locations with no problem. He was on time and made sure everyone was comfortable. He allowed us to take as much time as we wanted. I came out the hero for finding him. We'll definitely hire him again on our next trip out to the Valle.

Weekend trip to Valle de Guadalupe - Daniel took care of all of my group's transportation needs while visiting Valle de Guadalupe. The driver Freddy was great and easy to communicate with, as well as he provided great recommendations for wineries and food. Highly recommend!

Better off hiring a taxi and doing a Google search - this IS NOT a planned TOUR! - After reading all the reviews and booking with Viator all over the world in the past, I really expected a TOUR, with a planned itinerary and prepaid, or at least reserved and reasonably priced venues, for the nearly $200 I paid. What I got was a non-English speaking, brand new "guide" who was shy, but nice enough, but had ZERO planned out and tried to get us (from CA) to tell HIM where to go, using Google translate. In the weeks prior to the excursion I had communicated with the office (Daniel, I believe) and advised that we had no particular places in mind and would rely upon their expertise and knowledge of the area. I was assured they had a great day PLANNED. We ended up arriving at a closed winery first, then heading to another after our driver contacted the office for ideas. At the two we finally visited, I spent over $50 per PERSON, per venue for TASTING. Absolutely unreal for Mexico, and if that's the path they're going down, they will soon see how badly that behavior turned out for Napa Valley in CA.... For a single day, 4 people, without buying anything other than the ride (refuse to call it a tour) and two tastings for 4 people. I spent nearly $600. The last time were here, 1 year ago, we had an all day tour of wineries, olive oil and farms for $35 per person, no tasting fees. Call me old-fashioned, but I believe tasting is there to demonstrate the quality, so you'll buy -- We won't be back for this type of thing again!
