Rio Celeste amazing tour - We recently took the Rio Celeste tour with Nexus, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip—largely thanks to our amazing guide, Estavan. From start to finish, Estavan was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly passionate about the area and its natural beauty. He shared fascinating information about the wildlife, the rainforest, and the history of the Rio Celeste, all while keeping the group engaged and entertained. His love for nature and his country really shined through, and he went out of his way to make sure everyone felt included and taken care of. The hike to the waterfall was breathtaking, and thanks to Estavan’s sharp eye, we were lucky enough to spot animals we never would have noticed on our own. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and made the experience fun and memorable. If you’re thinking about doing the Rio Celeste tour, I can’t recommend Estavan and Nexus enough. It was an unforgettable experience and one we’ll be talking about for years to come!

Excellent customer service, willing to work with customers - Booked Adventure Pass that consisted of ATV, sanctuary, and chocolate tour for a group of 8 + toddler. Everyone was able to do ATV and somewhere were able to zip lining ( paid at the venue). The park staff coordinated did a poor job in coordinating where none of us could do the sanctuary and the chocolate tour due to heavy rainfall in the early afternoon. The staff and the manager at the Diamente park were extremely rude and unaccommodating. However, the Nexus tour staff were understanding of our situation and gave us an appropriate discount on their end based on the activities that we were able to perform. We were extremely pleased with their customer service and professionalism. We will certainly use them in the future.

The best tour ever! - We had a truly amazing experience on our trip! The adventure started with an exciting white water rafting ride—so much fun and filled with sights of wildlife including crocodiles, monkeys, iguanas, butterflies, and many beautiful birds. It was a wet and thrilling experience, so definitely wear comfortable sandals (not sneakers!) for this part. After rafting, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Sloth Planet and then went on a jungle tour where we saw sloths, colorful toucans, poisonous frogs, cicadas, and explored the beauty of the jungle. The trees and nature were just breathtaking. Our tour guide, Alejandro, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and so wonderful with my two young kids. This tour was very doable for a six-year-old and a three-year-old—family-friendly and well-paced. We also visited a coffee and cacao farm, which was another highlight. Tasting fresh coffee and learning about the process was a special. I highly recommend this tour for families with small kids or for anyone who wants a rich nature experience without a strenuous hike. Everything was well-organized, and Alejandro truly made the day unforgettable!

Another great Costa Rico Adventure. - We had a great white water rafting trip, seeing monkeys, alligators and many birds. Then a dip in the river and a great lunch in the rainforest. Followed by a walk through a sloth sanctuary, where of course we saw sloths, and frogs. And lastly onto see how coffee is grown and made and also how chocolate is grown and made. It was a great day!

It was good - Our first excursion we did the river boating to see crocodiles , then cocoa / coffee farm tour/ taste . Walk through “rainforest “ to see “wild” sloths Then finished off a swim at blue lagoon . Overall it was ok. Our guide Fernando was amazing , truly loved his job and sharing his knowledge on local area / wildlife but the coffee / coca bean tour was a joke felt like it was a tourist money grab .coffee and chocolate didn’t come from farm and was WAY overpriced Nothing was grown there just a Few trees in someone’s backyard . The roads here are horrific many potholes be prepared to be sore afterwards ! Josh G
