As a seasoned surfer, I’ve spent countless hours chasing the perfect wave, but every now and then, I crave a different kind of water adventure. That’s what led me to the Llanos de Cortes Waterfall in the heart of Guanacaste Province. The journey began with the sound of cascading water growing louder as I made my way through the lush tropical forest. The true highlight, however, was the visit to the Jungle Life Sloth Sanctuary. Getting up close to these gentle creatures was a dream come true. Kevin’s deep understanding of sloth behavior and conservation efforts made the visit both educational and heartwarming. It was evident how much the sanctuary cares for these animals, and I left with a newfound appreciation for these endearing creatures.
