- Tamarindo Beach - Upon pick-up for the Tamarindo ATV Mountain tour, participants will receive helmets, goggles, and a 15-minute instructional session on operating the Honda semi-automatic ATVs. No prior ATV experience is necessary, as they are user-friendly, and the team will ensure everyone feels confident before embarking on the tour. Once the safety and operational briefing is complete, the group will set off into the mountains surrounding Tamarindo.
Participants will navigate through the stunning tropical forest in the mountains around Tamarindo, where they are likely to spot monkeys, iguanas, and other wildlife in the trees. The journey begins on dirt roads leading up to the mountains and continues on off-road trails. Expect to get a bit dirty! Along the way, there will be lookout points offering breathtaking views of Tamarindo Bay.
Drivers must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to operate the ATVs. Otherwise, they must ride as a passenger with a licensed driver.
