Before your departure, all essential details will be sent to you: your driver’s name, contact number, license plate, and an actual photo of the vehicle. We are among the few service providers offering real car photos in advance — a guarantee that the car you see is exactly what you’ll get.

Step 3:
Before your arrival, your flight will be closely monitored in real time. Your driver will be at the airport with a name sign according to your actual landing time, whether your flight is early or delayed — no need to worry.

Step 4:
The moment your flight lands, you’ll receive a warm welcome message along with a photo of your driver holding a name sign in the arrival hall.
Meeting point: the EXIT of “Checked Baggage Claim Area”
Once you collect your checked luggage and walk out from the EXIT, you’ll recognize your driver right away — no need to wander through the terminal with your luggage, unsure where to go.

Step 5:
From deplaning to clearing customs and retrieving your baggage, our team will be online to guide and assist you in your language. If you need to exchange currency or buy a SIM card, let us know in advance — your driver can assist at the airport before heading to the car.

Step 6:
You’ll then be escorted to the parking area and driven to your hotel via the most efficient route.

We offer 2 hours of free waiting time at the airport, starting from the actual landing time of the airplane (it usually takes customers 1 - 1.5 hours to disembark from the airplane, go through immigration, collect their checked luggage, and then walk out of the EXIT to meet the driver. By providing 2 hours of free waiting time, passengers can feel relaxed and un-rushed.)
