• Guayaquil - The guide will meet guests in the hotel lobby. The journey to Quilotoa takes approximately 6 hours from Guayaquil.
• Quilotoa - Pick-up is scheduled for 2:00 AM. The tour begins with collecting guests from their hotel and traveling to Quilotoa Lagoon in Cotopaxi Province. The trip lasts about 6 hours. Upon arrival, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast before starting the descent into the lagoon (Breakfast is optional).
  Guests will be treated to a panoramic view of the lagoon, where the guide will provide information about the area before the descent. This is a great opportunity for taking photos. The descent takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, while the ascent takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes, depending on guests’ physical condition. (Mules or horses are available for rent for the ascent; this is optional). A traditional lunch will be served in Quilotoa. On the return journey, there will be a brief stop at the Toachi River to capture photos of a stunning pine forest from the canyon’s tourist viewpoint. The service concludes with returning guests to their hotel.
