Visitors will also encounter a colony of bottlenose dolphins in their natural habitat. The boat tour lasts approximately an hour and a half, after which the group will head to Salinas Beach for an overnight stay, continuing the excursion the following day.

Journey of sunshine, Salinas to El Morro port - 2 days and 1 night
DAY 1. We start our journey from Guayaquil towards Puerto El Morro, enjoying a picturesque cruise through the estuary. Along our journey, we’ll encounter various types of mangroves, a safe haven and sanctuary for numerous species of herons and birds threatened by extinction. We’ll also have the opportunity to witness a gathering of bottlenose dolphins residing and cruising in the estuary.
Day 2. As the fresh new day begins, we proceed to explore the stunning beaches of Salinas and nearby attractions like the Chocolatera, and La Lobería, a known refuge of South American sea lions hailing from Peru. Our adventures continue as we stop by the Genesis craft workshop and the salt mines, observing the intricate process of salt making. A stroll along a trail provides us a chance to spot 140 species of birds migrating from the northern hemisphere, traveling via the Pacific coast, towards the southern tip of the continent.
