Guilin Liangjiang International Airport - Upon landing, the local tour guide will greet you with a welcome sign displaying your name at the arrival exit and drive you to your hotel in Yangshuo, a 70-minute journey.

Yangshuo County - Once in Yangshuo, the guide will assist with check-in at the Yangshuo Bamboo Leaf Hotel or a similar accommodation, after which you can enjoy free time exploring the Yangshuo area.

Yangshuo. O/N Yangshuo

Yangshuo County - In the morning, your driver and guide will meet you at 9 am to explore the Yangshuo countryside.

Yulong River - You will cycle or ride an E-bike along the Yulong River, immersing yourself in the idyllic landscape for 2-3 hours. Along the way, you’ll see expansive farmlands adorned with colorful wildflowers and log cabins, extending from the base of rolling hills. Occasionally, you’ll spot farmers using oxen to plow the fields, adding vitality to the rustic scenery.

Fuli Ancient Town - After lunch, you’ll drive for an hour to Xingping Dock for a motorized raft journey on the Li River. En route, you’ll pass Fuli Town, famous for its traditional painted fans. If interested, you can make a brief stop there.

Li River - At Xingping Dock, you’ll board a motorized raft. A ride on the Li River is a must-do on a Guilin Yangshuo day tour. Unlike ordinary ships, the raft, a traditional transport seating four, offers a broader view and is ideal for enjoying the picturesque scenery. During the one-hour ride, you’ll see famous spots like the Yellow Cloth Shoal, depicted on the CNY20 banknote, and Murals Hill, where lush plants form images of nine horses on a steep cliff.

Important Tips: For safety reasons, individuals over 70 and children under 1 meter tall are not permitted on the Li River boat raft.

Yangshuo County - After the boat tour, you can stroll around Xingping Old Street before being dropped off at your Yangshuo hotel. There’s an option to see the night show ‘Impression Sanjie Liu’, performed on the Li River against verdant hills. The dreamlike stage effects and original singing and dancing of national minorities have earned the performance a stellar reputation. The show starts at 20:00 and lasts 70 minutes, with ticket prices ranging from CNY 268 to CNY 368, depending on seating. If interested, your guide will reserve tickets and escort you to the site after dinner.

Yangshuo. O/N Yangshuo

Yangshuo County - In the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel around 09:00 and take you to the Yulong River for the Yangshuo Yulong bamboo boat tour.

Yulong River - A bamboo raft ride on the Yulong River, a Li River tributary, offers a relaxing way to enjoy the scenic area south of Yangshuo. You can appreciate the stunning scenery and rural life views on a non-motorized raft, steered by a gondolier over breakwaters past small mud-brick villages and farmlands. Once on the bamboo raft, you can sit back and enjoy the peaceful countryside and limestone mountains. Even if you’ve cycled the area, the river view is distinct. The boat ride lasts 50 minutes one way.

Xianggong Mountain - After the Yulong bamboo boat ride, you’ll drive to Yangshuo Xianggong Hill. A 15-minute climb along a moderately sloped staircase leads to the top of Xianggong Hill. Please inform the guide in advance if you need a walking stick. Situated between the Yellow Cloth Shoal and Mural Hill, Xianggong Hill is one of Guilin’s best viewing platforms, offering a stunning view of the Li River’s 180-degree bend, attracting numerous visitors and photographers annually.

Yangshuo County - Finally, your guide will escort you back to your hotel.

Yangshuo - Longji. O/N Ping’an Village.

Yangshuo County - Your guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby around 09:00 in the morning and escort you to the renowned Longji Rice Terraces, a 120-minute drive.

Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces - After a two-hour drive, you’ll reach the Longji Terraces entrance and first visit Ping’an Village. This village boasts the most famous and beautiful rice terraces in Longji, requiring a 30-minute drive from the entrance ticket office. The Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces is a magnificent agricultural spectacle with over 650 years of history. The most striking part is the Ping’an Village Rice Terrace, the first discovered by tourists and photographers. Numerous narrow rice fields carved along hill slopes form terraces connected by winding flagstone trails. Viewing platforms allow visitors to see the entire terrace fields tiered. You can also experience the traditional lifestyle of the minority Zhuang people, helping in the fields, trying on their colorful ethnic costumes, and visiting their unique stilted houses.

Ping’an Village - Upon arrival, you’ll take a moderate trek along steps to Ping’an Zhuang Village. The walk takes about 40 minutes, allowing you to explore the village and glimpse the local Zhuang people’s unique wooden stilted houses. Lunch can be enjoyed in the village.

After a brief lunch break, continue exploring the terraces to the No.2 Viewing Platform (Seven Star with the Moon), a 15-minute walk, offering a fantastic bird’s-eye view of the Longji Terraces. You’ll have ample time for photos and to enjoy the fresh air. Then, head to the No.1 Viewing Platform (Nine Dragons and Five Tigers), a 30-minute walk along a flat path.

Longji Mountain - After visiting Ping’an Village, you’ll continue to Dazhai Village with a round-trip cable car.

Longji - Guilin. O/N Guilin.

Ping’an Village - Your guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby around 09:00 in the morning and escort you to the famous Guilin Reed Flute Cave, a 120-minute drive.

Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan) - The Reed Flute Cave is a scenic cave located in the northwest suburb of Guilin, Guangxi, China, 7 km from Guilin city center. It is approximately 240 meters (787 ft) deep and 500 meters (1640 ft) long. The cave features numerous exquisite stalagmites, stalactites, stone pillars, and stone curtains, formed over 180 million years ago, earning it the nickname “the Palace of Natural Art.”

Elephant Trunk Hill (Xiangbishan) - After visiting the Reed Flute Cave, you’ll transfer to Elephant Hill, a central Guilin City attraction and landmark. The beautiful natural views combined with valuable cultural landscapes make it a captivating place that enchants tourists.

Guilin - Finally, your guide will escort you to the Guilin Aroma Tea House Hotel, where you’ll check in and have free time.

Guangxi Airport Management Group Guilin Liangjiang International Airport Company - Today, there are no scheduled activities. Your driver (driver only, no guide) will meet you at the hotel lobby at the arranged time and take you to Guilin airport/train station. This concludes the tour services.
