• Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan) - The tour guide will meet guests at their hotel in central Guilin at 9:00 am to begin an exciting and relaxing walking tour. The first stop is a renowned local rice noodle bistro. Here, guests will explore the rice noodle culture, which boasts a history of over 2,200 years. Enjoy a bowl of rice noodles for breakfast, just like many locals do to start their day. Wondering about the “right way” to enjoy rice noodles? The guide will reveal the secret. Arrive hungry!

After breakfast, take a taxi with the guide to Reed Flute Cave, a natural gallery of limestone formations. This enchanting land of stalactites, stone pillars, stalagmites, stone curtains, birds, plants, and animals in stunning shapes and colors will captivate visitors during the 40-minute walk through the cave.

• Elephant Trunk Hill (Xiangbishan) - Following the Reed Flute Cave visit, return to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, stroll through the pedestrian street, and arrive at the city’s symbol – Elephant Trunk Hill. This 55-meter-high hill resembles an elephant drinking from the Li River.
• Fubo Hill - After a short walk along the riverside avenue, visit Fubo Hill and climb 350 steps to reach the top, offering one of the best panoramic views over Guilin city and its winding waterways.

Finally, unwind with a cup of coffee on the balcony of the famous White House Hotel Guilin, by the serene and beautiful Banyan Lake. This vintage hotel was once the residence of a Chinese general in the 1920s. Its original architecture and decoration are well-preserved, with antiques from around the world displayed in the public area.

After 7 hours of exploring Guilin’s highlights, the guide will accompany guests back to their hotel.
