• Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces - The drive to Dazhai Jinkeng Rice Terraces from Guilin city takes approximately 2.5 hours. Situated in Longsheng County, Dazhai Jinkeng is part of the Longji Rice Terrace Field and is famous for having the largest rice fields in the region. It is also home to the Zhuang and Yao ethnic minority groups.

Dazhai Jinkeng is the only section of the Longji Rice Terrace scenic area where a ropeway is available. The round trip lasts about 50 minutes and provides a panoramic view of the terraced fields. From the glass-enclosed ropeway, the terraced fields can be seen extending from the base to the mountain’s peak, offering a truly magnificent view. At Golden Buddha Peak, a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Jinkeng Scenic Area can be enjoyed. Visitors can also explore the area on foot and take photos from the mountaintop, capturing the stunning beauty of the rice terraces.

• Longji Rice Terraces - Afterward, lunch will be served in Huangyao Village, where local delicacies such as bamboo rice, bamboo chicken, smoked pork, and more can be savored.

Following lunch, a visit to Huangluo Yao Village, an ancient Chinese village known for its unique long hair tradition, is possible. Nestled at the mountain’s base, the village is crossed by the Jinsha River. Here, there is an opportunity to explore old wooden houses and experience the rustic charm of traditional village life.

• Guilin - After a delightful day tour of the Longji Rice Terraces, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Guilin. The journey takes about 2 hours, during which relaxation and a nap are possible. Arrival at the Guilin hotel is expected around 6:00 pm.
