Excellent, Two hour Jeep tour of the Utah sector of the D-Day landings June 1944. - Excellent Jeep tour from Saint-Mere-Eglise to Utah Beech visiting many key locations 101st Airborne & 506 PIR (Band of Brothers) and other units. Flavie, my driver has an incredible knowledge of the actions of 5th & 6th June 1944. So many interesting stories & facts, she personalised my tour focusing on sites that I had questions about. The tour took us off the regular roads, using many of the country tracks and old lanes which were used by the Airborne soldiers in 1944. It was easy to imagine the challenge of finding your way across the ground at night under fire. Simply amazing to be able to ride in a Jeep of the vintage. Something I’d always wanted to do, a dream come true… The Jeep tour was worth every penny, and if you only have limited time available during your visit, I would recommend this as a way to take a history of the action on D-Day in the Utah sector. Thank you Flavie & Battlefield Jeep Tours
