An Amazing Spiritual Experience with a Wonderful Guide-He is amazing !! - I booked a tour of the 10 Mahavidyas with Prasenjit, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. I was truly impressed by the depth of knowledge he has about the places, the deities, the sculptures, and the history behind everything.
He arrived right on time at the decided meeting point and clearly explained the itinerary and all the places we would be visiting. What I really appreciated was that he never rushed the tour. He gave me enough time to peacefully visit each temple and patiently explained the history, significance, and stories associated with every Mahavidya.
Prasenjit is extremely polite and communicates very well. He has a great command over the local language, Hindi, and English, which made the experience even more comfortable and engaging.
Even after the tour, he went out of his way to help me. He arranged a taxi for the entire day and guided me on the places I should visit around the area. His recommendations turned out to be excellent and really helped me make the most of my time there.
Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. I would highly recommend Prasenjit to anyone who wants to explore these sacred places with someone who truly understands their spiritual and historical significance.

A deeply informative and thoughtful walk through Kamakhya - Prasenjit led us on a wonderful walking tour of Kamakhya Temple and the surrounding shrines. The experience was extremely informative and thoughtfully paced. He shared detailed explanations about the temple, its sculptures, rituals, and the traditions of Tantra, and his knowledge made the entire visit much richer than it would have been if we had explored on our own.
One thing we especially appreciated was how considerate he was throughout the tour. My mother has arthritis and has difficulty walking. Prasenjit made sure to walk at a comfortable pace and was very attentive, ensuring she could participate as much as possible. Whenever needed, he helped find places where she could sit and rest so that she could still enjoy the experience.
He guided us through the different temples in the complex and explained the history and significance of each one clearly and engagingly. Without his guidance, we would not have known where to go, what to look for, or how to understand what we were seeing.
It was a truly special experience for our family. We learned a great deal and came away with a much deeper appreciation of Kamakhya and its traditions. Prasenjit is an excellent host and a very knowledgeable guide. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the temple.

Exceptional Walking Tour - My wife and I had a free day to spend in Guwahati before embarking on a Brahmaputra riverboat trip. The Kamakhya Temple complex seemed like the most interesting site to see in the area. We booked a 2-hour walking tour with Prasenjit Sharma and were so glad that we did. I do not think that we would have known exactly where to go and what we were seeing without him. And we certainly wouldn't have had the context as far as the different Hindu gods and godesses and their relationships. There are a number of temples of different sizes along winding hilltop paths and streets. While these are swarming with people and shops it appears that most are devotees and not tourists. Pras has studied extensively and provides all the necessary information you need to understand the significance of what you are seeing at a relaxed pace. His English is perfect if you are English-speaking. His passion and knowledge really enhance the experience. We highly recommend Kamakhya Walks or any other Six Degree Adventures tours that he conducts. Whatever your reason for being in Guwahati, a walking tour of the Kamakhya Temples with Prasenjit Sharma will be a highlight of your trip and something not to be missed.

Spiritually fulfilling and close to divine maa - It was one of the kind awesome spiritually enlightening walk amidst the holy abode of maa Kamakhya . Really grateful for Prasanjit ji for not only being a wonderful company but also helping me do Darshan of Kamakhya maa . Really enjoyed the walk which was spiritual retreat one must not miss.

insightful and in-depth walk! - I visited the Kamakhya temple for research and appreciated how knowledgeable Prasenjit is about the theology and history of Kamakhya. His personal connection to the space makes the walk more meaningful and he discussed my research questions with me along the way. A great contact to have for a first visit.

An outstanding experience - I booked the walking tour with Prasenjit and found it to be a completely immersive, educational and spiritual experience. I wanted to go for darshan at the kamakhya temple and this can be difficult to do and there were no guarantees but Prasenjit facilitated this which was wonderful. He is responsive and helpful. I learnt so much. If you are staying in any one of the local hotels I strongly suggest you contact him and he will arrange a tailored tour for you. He also organises tours of the north east and this is what I plan to do next. Thank you very much.

Kamakhya experience with Prasenjit - We did the Kamakhya temple walk with Prasenjit and have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone who wants an informative and an immersive experience of visiting this intriguing temple in Guwahati. What was supposed to be just a Darshan of the goddess turned out to be an entertaining two hour walking tour with Prasenjit. Not only did we learn about the sacred 10 mahavidhyas of Kamakhya and the stories behind them but were able to appreciate the subtle nuances in the temples architecture. If one wants to really understand why this temple is so riviered as one of the most important Shakthi Peetha please spend this two hours with Prasenjit. It was a day well spent culminating with the wonderful Darshan of the goddess. Felt very happy and blessed. Thank you Prasenjit.

All about Maa Kamakhya - There is so much to know about the most reverred adi shakti peeth. Prasenjit is very knowledgeable and a great host. He was on-time at the starting point which is always much appreciated. His stories were woven together well. The rating would have been a straight 5, if it wasn't for another group who arrived late, walked slowly, and the sequencing of the walk had to be changed because they wanted to leave early. That was the irritating part. If you just cooperate with him, you can visit all 10 mahavidya temples, which we unfortunately could not. Would do this again any day.
