Inside, discover numerous palaces, intricately carved sculptures, paintings, temples, and water tanks. Man Mandir and Gurjari Mahal are the most prominent palaces within the fort. Additionally, Teli Ka Mandir and Saas Bahu Temple are other attractions inside the fort. Unique decorations, such as a frieze of yellow ducks and mosaic tiles depicting elephants, tigers, and crocodiles in blue, yellow, and green, give Man Mandir Palace its alternate name, Chit Mandir (Painted Palace). Gurjari Mahal, constructed in the 15th century by Man Singh for his favorite wife, houses the State Archaeological Museum, which features a vast collection of Hindu and Jain sculptures. Next, visit Teli Ka Mandir, known for its unique blend of architectural styles. Saas Bahu Temple is famous for its intricate stone carvings.
