- Tour with guide Anait & driver Hovanes was amazing! Anait not only delivered speech on the way to the sights, but also was ready to answer any questions and helped selecting local fruits and bargaining with sellers on our way back. Hovanes helped us carry acquired purchases to our hotel, which was handy. And many thanks to the organization of this trip: we decided to stay in Tsaghadzor to evade Yerevan heat, so all our private tours were re-organized and re-calculated based on our distant location.

Memorable Day Exploring Gyumri - Our trip to Gyumri was a beautiful blend of history, culture, and local charm. Guided by Tamara, we explored the city's unique architecture, artistic atmosphere, and welcoming spirit. We walked through the charming streets of the city, taking in its unique architecture and artistic atmosphere. We visited the Illusion Museum, beautiful and historic churches, and the fascinating Hovhannes Shiraz House Museum, where we learned about one of Armenia’s most beloved poets. If you’re planning any tour in Armenia, definitely request Tamara as your guide. She will make your experience meaningful. She is incredibly patient, kind, and always ready to answer our questions or adjust the pace to our needs. Garen drove us comfortably and safely the entire way, which made the long ride feel smooth and relaxing.

Excellent day tour to Armenia's city of culture! - Excellent day tour with guide Anna and driver Hamik! Both were superb. The tour was extensive and Anna's knowledge of Armenian history brought to life all the buildings and events she was explaining. I especially enjoyed the walk in the old part of the city. We entered several churches built in different centuries. I especially liked the Mother of God church in the main square but the highlight was the Marmashen monastery set in splendid countryside. Great tour!

Great trip, nice day - We had a great trip with our driver, Arthur. He was very helpful, friendly, kind and attantive. Arthur gave us a lot of interesting information. He took us to the Iron Fountain, when we asked him. Any time we asked him, he stopped for taking photos. We've seen a lot of beautiful places. Our favourite was Aruch Cathedral. Highly recommend!

Fine, I suggest you all! - Stunning views from the car window, air conditioning and water - convenient and beautiful. Driver Amik is very interesting talking on the way, suggested a great restaurant. Gyumri is a posh city. Ancient churches, ceramics museum and very beautiful central pedestrian streets. The monastery is striking and the views are extraordinary.

Gyumri - Ride with guide Amik. From the first, I want to point out that he's a very good driver, speaking as someone who might get sick in a car. Driven to all the locations, very interesting to tell their story. When we decided to dine in Gyumri, advised places where we could eat deliciously, and afterwards, when we were delayed, very politely and without problem said that it was okay, and waited for us. The Vacation Package itself includes a museum, free time in the city, where you can choose from several ancient temples as well as various museums and galleries. There is cultural life in the city. On the way home, Amik played beautiful music as we passed the mountain scenery. Trips left a very strong impression. Thank you for accompanying me.

Private tour to Gyumri old town and Marmashen monastery in winter - All the places we visited were beautiful: the town of Gyumri, Marmashen Monastery, the Black Fortress. The views on our way to Gyumri were amazing: fields and mountains covered with snow. Our guide Maria was good and gave us lots of interesting information about Armenia in general. However, once in Gyumri she gave us bare minimum of data about the place and for 2 hours we were walking around with lots of questions unanswered. Unfortunately the driver in this trip was not really good, his driving wasn't quite safe (jamming the breaks every now and then, outracing other cars).

Hyur Service - I went with Hyur Service to Gyumri on 9th June. Everything was fine with the trip until the very last minute when I was disembarking from the coach. In the overhead storage I had a silver bracelet that I had bought for my wife. It was contained within an ornate box with a closure mechanism. When I tried to get my bag down the bracelet fell out. I scrambled on the floor trying to find it. There was a slight chance that one of my fellow travellers may have stolen it but in all probability it was still there when I was the last passenger on the bus. The guide helped me with a cursory search lasting all of 10 seconds but a more protracted search would have probably found it. The guide promised me that the driver would search for it and that he himself would inform the office about the matter. The office had not been informed about the bracelet when I went in the next day. in an exchange of emails they denied any responsibility by falling back on their Excemption clause in their contract, which had no legal effect as these terms and conditions were not specifically drawn to my attention at the time I entered into the contract and they didn't cover theft which this clearly was. In every other respect it was a good tour. If the guide was not in such a desperate hurray to get me off the bus I may well have found it. Nil points for the tour therefore.
