- 12:30 After traversing Can Ty pass, explore scenic spots, including lonely trees and Van Chai cliff, then enjoy lunch in Yen Minh town.
- 13:30 Proceed towards Dong Van to visit: Tham Ma pass, Pho Cao village, Sung La valley, Lung Cam cultural village rich in H’Mong ethnic heritage, “Pao’s house”, Tam Giac Mach field, and Moon rock field in Sa Phin village.
Quan Ba Heaven Gate - Quan Ba Heaven Gate is among Vietnam’s top five renowned Heaven’s Gates, alongside Anh Giang Heaven Gate (Cao Bang), O Quy Ho Heaven Gate (Sapa), Linh Quy Phap An Heaven Gate (Da Lat), and Nghinh Phong Heaven Gate (Vung Tau). Situated at the entrance to the Dong Van karst plateau, Quan Ba is a must-visit when in Ha Giang.
The journey to Quan Ba Heaven Gate (Ha Giang) is a stunning route for adventurers. It lies on National Road 4C, linking Ha Giang city and Tam Son town. From Tam Son, it’s just a 3km drive north, or about an hour’s drive covering 46 km from Ha Giang city center.
Lung Cam Cultural - Tourism Village - Nestled in the narrow, breathtaking Sung La Valley is Lung Cam village. Recognized as a ‘cultural tourist village’ by local authorities, its highlight, apart from the beautiful setting, is a century-old traditional Hmong house. This adobe structure, with a stone-paved courtyard, was once an opium emporium and recently featured in a Vietnamese film.
Lung Cam is 25km west of Dong Van. Without personal transport, visitors can catch any bus connecting Dong Van and Tam Son.
Dinh Vua Meo - -16:30: Visit the Vuong family’s mansion (King of the Hmong people): Here, you will truly appreciate the life and culture of the H’Mong people. In the late afternoon, under the day’s last sunlight, experience the authentic architectural blend of H’Mong, French, and Chinese cultures.
-18:00: Check into a hotel or homestay and relax.
-19:30: Dinner, followed by a leisurely stroll around Dong Van old town, enjoying street food at the Dong Van old town night market.

Nho Que River - The Nho Que River in Ha Giang has become a popular destination for travelers. It provides a captivating experience, allowing visitors to admire the mesmerizing beauty of its blue waters and the majestic surrounding mountains. The harmonious blend of these elements creates an enchanting natural landscape, leaving everyone in awe.
PAVI village – MEO VAC TOWN – MAU DUE – LUNG HO – DU GIA village
Du Gia - -8:30 am: Enjoy breakfast and continue the journey from Meo Vac town to Du Gia, a route with stunning views and winding roads through endless valleys. Along the way, visit M pass shooting location, Mau Due, and Lung Ho.
-12:30 Have lunch at a restaurant in Mau Due, then proceed to Du Gia commune.
-15:00 Arrive at Du Gia commune, visit Du Gia waterfall, and explore the village.
-17:00: Check into a local homestay in Du Gia village, savor Tay cuisine for dinner, and enjoy corn wine, affectionately called “happy water.”
Lunch will be in the village, followed by a relaxing afternoon nap. Around 3 pm, visit the waterfall for a swim, then return to the village for an overnight stay at a traditional Tay Minority house.
Du Gia – Duong Thuong Village - Lung Khuy Cave - Quan Ba - Ha Giang City Back to Hanoi
Lung Khuy Cave - After breakfast, bid farewell to the homestay host and continue the journey. The last day promises more breathtaking nature and landscapes. The route back to Ha Giang still holds attractions! After a two-hour drive, reach the renowned Lung Kuy cave. The cave stretches around 300m, featuring magnificent stalactites and intriguing shapes that spark the imagination! Pass through Quan Ba town and view Nui do mountain.
Đèo Bắc Sum - Some say it resembles a fairy’s breasts! After crossing Sky Gate, return to Bac Sum pass. After an adventurous ride, arrive back in Ha Giang in the afternoon, in time to catch a bus or limousine back to Hanoi, or opt for a night bus depending on your schedule and post-tour plans.
