Ha Giang - Pac Som Pass - Heaven Gate - Yen Minh - Tham Ma Slope - Hmong King Palace - Overnight in Dong Van

Ha Giang - The tour begins at 8:00 am from our office or with a pick-up from your hotel or bus station in Ha Giang City. The tour guide and driver will provide a safety briefing for riding on the motorbike and outline the detailed itinerary for the 2-day tour. On the first day, the Ha Giang Easy Riders Team will guide you through the most impressive and breathtaking landscapes.

As the team leads you into the mountains and along winding roads, you’ll ascend to Pac Sung Pass, which is over 1000 meters above sea level. Here, you’ll notice a cooler temperature and can stop to enjoy the panoramic views from Pac Sung Pass, capturing photos and savoring coffee at the top.

Quan Ba Heaven Gate - After enjoying the views from Pac Sung Pass, you’ll continue on the motorbike through limestone mountains and villages, experiencing beautiful scenery. You’ll arrive at Heaven Gate, where the landscape is truly spectacular, offering views of a vast and deep valley. After taking in the views, the riders will take you down to the valley to visit the secret village of Lung Tam, home to the Dao Minority people, where you can visit a local family.

tt. Tam Sơn - The journey continues past Quang Ba to the town of Tam Son, where you’ll start to see the stunning limestone mountains of the Karst Plateau Geopark. You’ll stop at a viewpoint for lunch, with a chance to admire the beautiful terraced rice paddies.

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark - After lunch, the tour continues to Dong Van. The Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark is a significant geoheritage site in Vietnam. You’ll see terraced rice fields, limestone rocks, and magnificent views, along with hidden villages in the valley. Experience rural north Vietnamese countryside life as people work the land. The riders will also take you to the Chinese border and the famous northernmost viewpoint in Vietnam. Before reaching Dong Van town, you’ll visit the residence of the Vuong family, known as the “Hmong King Palace.” The day concludes with an overnight stay at a hotel in Dong Van, where you can explore the ancient town’s nightlife after dinner.

Dong Van Town - Ma Pi Leng Pass - Meo Vac - M Road - Yen Minh - Quang Ba - Ha Giang

Ma Pi Leng Pass - After breakfast at your homestay or hotel, you’ll have the opportunity to ride through the most spectacular landscapes of Ha Giang, including the renowned Ma Pi Leng Pass, where you can view the Nho Que River below. This pass is famous and often considered the most beautiful part of the loop. After the pass, you’ll take another scenic route back to Yen Minh.

Meo Vac - From Yen Minh, the route leads back to Ha Giang City. Throughout the tour, you’ll encounter diverse cultures and hill tribes, such as the H’mong tribe, known for their distinctive clothing. The journey offers stunning views, fascinating rural life, and beautiful cultures, providing an immensely rewarding experience and creating lifelong memories.
